Hi

Is the UNIQUE ID of the STM32H562RIT6 microcontroller, which consists of 96 bits, entirely variable, or does it include fixed bits as well? Which bits are fixed?

The Unique ID is so called because it is actually exactly unique - across all STM32 that have ever been produced (if they support this feature). It does not contain any fixed bits; they vary from chip to chip. The respective reference manual contains a description of the structure.
