USB-OTG- USB Device Problem

HI STM Team,

I am new to STM32 Board. I am using NUCLEO-F439ZI Board. When I was connecting my USB-OTG side to my PC, I will suffer from the "Unknow USB Device" Error, The error screenshot was attached below for your reference . Please Guide me to rectify this error. Its is driver problem means where I get the driver software for USB-OTG.

Welcome to the Community :)

Make sure to install the VCP driver package.

Maybe the problem is with your USB cable. So, try a different cable.
