Using an STM32U585QII3 for camera surveying

Hi, I'm working on a project for wildlife surveying, the project details are that we need to have a camera surveying an area where it will capture an image every 10s, then store data on an SD card. The system will be running for 2 weeks, and idle when not capturing images, we will be using solar and LiPo batteries to power system. Would an STM32U5 series MCU be appropriate for this system? The low power specifications are really appealing for this application, but I would like to know if it is suitable or if there is another MCU with more appropriate specifications for this project. If anyone can provide any insight it would be much appreciated.

Regards,
