There is three revisions (Rev.A, Rev.B and Rev.X).
What is the difference?
All revisions in the market for now?
If so, how can we oreder Rev.X chip in the market?
We would like to use Rev.X chip.

Typically when you purchase from a reputable supplier, you will receive the latest/best revision as old revisions dry up quickly, particularly on popular chips like this. Contact the supplier to confirm.

Differences in revisions are listed in ES0565.

    Hello @TomoPi ,

Each revision typically addresses and fixes known issues from previous versions.

To determine which revision you are working with, please check the DBGMCU_IDCODE register, specifically "Bits 31:16 REV_ID" (Refer to RM0481).

    With best regards.

    Dear TomoPi,

    I have NUCLEO-H563ZI board with Rev.Z chip.
Rev.Z and A chip has flash endurance only 1K Cycles!
I 've been using H5-Nucleo for 1.5 years ,already exceeded 1K cycle flash endurance....

Ah... S.T. Peter, please give me greatest mercy...!!

    Cheers,
    Nemui.

    Hello,

The differences are listed in  the errata itself / especially Table 3. Summary of device limitations:

You need to contact your supplier about the revision available before purchasing the parts.
