When the external clock configuration error causes stlink to be unable to find the MCU
In cubeIDE's ioc, the original 16M external clock is configured to 25M. Burn the program and debug it. After the program finishes running SystemClock_Config(), debug automatically exits and the program can no longer be burned. Stlink has been unable to find the MCU device. It is guessed that the chip is locked. How to solve?
