wifi esp01 with stm32

I need live time from ntp server and we trying to read to read the response after sending a 48 characters response. IPD,0,48:è,Mú#Þé©b½.8Û?ÍÔas·éªÍÔbÆb. This is the response fo it but I am not able to read the whole string.I am able to read till only 48. How do I read whole string.
