Wiring SATEL VL53L8CX on Nucleo F401RE example error ?

Hello !

I'm new here and I'm new to programming with a big project.

I ordered a Nucléo F401RE with 2 Satel-VL53L8CX. My goal would be to detect right and left foot pose on a treadmill.

I would like to use examples but I don't understand why the connections contradict each other.
Where can I find the pin affiliation in the code ?

Is the VL53L8CX_SimpleRanging example best suited or STSW-IMG048 would be better for my case ?
