Hello forum;

I needed help to do some SI simulation on ESDALC6V1-5M6 and LD39150PU33R Hyperlynx/Altium Designer SI simulator. Hence my question is does this ibis model exist? If yes where can I download it?

Hi,

I fear IBIS are not available for ESD protection devices. Maybe a simple hand-made model could be used (using the information in product datasheet).
For LDOs, I wonder what could be the link with high-speed signal integrity simulation. I guess IBIS model does not apply at all power devices like LDOs.

You can use Altium designer. You can manually add parasitic parameters (like capacitance, resistance, and inductance) for ESD components.
