As all STM32 products, STM32MP13 is covered by the minimal 10-years-longevity commitment.

As this commitment is renewable some STM32 MCUs might soon reach 20 years longevity!

STM32MP13 series 10-years longevity program started in March 2023, but would be renewed each year.

Even if not renewed in future (which is not yet in the plan for STM32MP1 series), the 10-years longevity program will guarantee that you still have 10 years of production behind you after notification.

Example of some STM32L1 products which has not been renewed this year, but will still be available for purchases up to 2032.

 

This program allows customers to protect their design investments by ensuring that the selected devices are available during a minimum of 10 years starting from the notification date.

In case of technology or manufacturing changes, a switch to a comparable product could be decided by STMicroelectronics who will notify customers using the product/process change

policy (PCN).
