Hello All,We are working on a medical device that requires BLE connectivity. We could either use the BlueNRG-M2 module to run the application and the BLE communications or use another MCU like the STM32 series with the BLE module. I am struggling to find any safety features like RAM parity check in the BlueNRG-M2 documentation. I understand that it uses a Cortex MO processor. We need some inherent safety for this Class 2 medical device.So my questions is1. Does the BlueNRG-M2 series have safety features for error checking to ensure we can at least reset during a failure?regardsAnkit

Hello,I'm trying to retrieve received data from web site, but I have almost 8Ko data and I only receive 2Ko. I tried to put it in loop in order to read every 2Ko but it's not working, I always have the only first part. Hello,I have done the MOOC for the stm32wb55 BLE profiles and now I am trying to introduce more BLE characteristics.I managed to make the sensors work and to transmit them to the ST BLE Sensor app. However I can only have one screen active at a time. I would like to use Bluenrg-ms in simultaneous central/peripheral mode. My initialization method builds up like this: 1. after the first reset, set up stack mode 3 by calling aci_hal_wirite_config data, 2. call aci_gap_init_IDB05A1 function with peripheral and central simultaneous mode, 3. try to call aci_gap_start_general_discovery_proc(0x10,0x10,PUBLIC_ADDR,0x00); and it returns successfully but hci event callback hangs and IRQ pin stays high. I use X-CUBE-BLE1.4.2.0 additional software package and firmware 7.2. Could anybody help me solve this problem?

Hi I am using Bluenrg 2 BLE module but not able to find audio service libraries for the same module so can I used Bluenrg 1 module's audio libraries for Bluenrg 2 ?

Hi am using the BlueNRG-LP. I am a master/client and want to discover local devices and then decide who to connect to ... I am able to get the advertising data from local devices including the BT addr, RSSI etc. But I want to get the Scan response data from them so I can get more information - such as name etc... So think along the lines of LightBlue or similar BLE Apps that get as much info as possible without needing to connect. How is this achieved in this stack - the documentation is very thin!

Hello,   I have a problem by using event to catch a read of a characteritics. When I'm in the event EVT_BLUE_GATT_READ_PERMIT_REQ I want to deny the read. I see only the function aci_gatt_allow_read and not any function like aci_gatt_deny_read. On google I find some clues but when I set rq.ocf = 0x12d; the hci_send_req give me back a timeout. For some reason (iOS compatibility) I can't use ATTR_PERMISSION_AUTHEN_READ with pin code when I create a characteristic.   Thanks in advance for help.   Dams  

Hello!I have a NUCLEO-L073RZ development board, with the SX1272MB2DAS LoRa RF expansion board (from Semtech). The problem I have is that I can't find where I tell the board how often it should transmit the data. Currently the board transmit the data at the start when it get a connection to the gateway, and then 150 seconds later. After that it follows the pattern +165s in, +25s in, which repeats over and over. I wish to transmit the data to the gateway once an hour. How do I change this?I have managed to find a constant that tells the board how often it should save data to AppData.Buff, which is the buffer that Lo

Hello,Is it possible to advertise my UUIDs services when my Bluetooth device is in advertising mode?I am using STM32 and SPBTLE-RF0TR in my application. I have 2 primary services (16 BITS UUID) and 2 customer services (128 BITS UUID). I have succeeded to advertise just one 16 UUID services via aci_gap_set_discoverable function, but I can't advertise 4 services at once!

I'm trying to interface my STM32 board(STM32L476JGY to be specific) with a Wifi chip using UART.At first, I looked into ESP8266, but I wasn't able to find that much resource on it. There are some Arduino libraries, but I don't really know the best way to convert those to STM32-based libaries. As far as I know, it's as easy as sending AT commands as strings over UART, but I need to send some data to a cloud database, which I don't know how to do with AT commands.Then, I found out about X-NUCLEO-IDW01M1, which is a Wi-Fi expansion board based on SWPF01SA module for STM32 Nucleo. Because I'm not using an STM32 Nucleo, I am thinking of using just the Wifi chip, SWPF01SA. What does the X-NUCLEO-IDW01M1 have that SWPF01SA lacks? If I connect the SWPF01SA with my STM32 using UART, would I be able to use the same example code as the ones shown in here?Thanks!

(i.e transmit bias circuitry is disabled during the receive mode), and my data signals (DAT_VP and SE0_VM) are delayed by (5 to 10) ns with resepect to OE_TP_INT/ signal.Could this cause any USB compliance failure?References: Data sheet Figure 8 and Figure 9.Do inform if any relevant details are required.Thanks.

Hi,I have bought a STEVAL-IDB007V1M so i can learn how to incorporate BLE into my project but im having problems. The board isn't being picked up on BlueNRG-1 Navigator but it is being picked up on BlueNRG-2 Navigator. - Im not sure if this is a problem?BlueNRG-2 Navigator allows me to flash and run, so i loaded on the beacon to see if i can find the board on my iPhone, it successfully flashes but i cant see anything on any BLE App.(BLE Scanner, LightBlue)I have read the other posts that say that the HS_SPEED_XTAL_32MHZ should be 32MHz, but looking at the project code it looks like it is set to that.  Any help would be appreciated.Kind Regards,Mike
