Safety features of BlueNRG-M2

Hello All,

We are working on a medical device that requires BLE connectivity. We could either use the BlueNRG-M2 module to run the application and the BLE communications or use another MCU like the STM32 series with the BLE module. I am struggling to find any safety features like RAM parity check in the BlueNRG-M2 documentation. I understand that it uses a Cortex MO processor. We need some inherent safety for this Class 2 medical device.

So my questions is

1. Does the BlueNRG-M2 series have safety features for error checking to ensure we can at least reset during a failure?

regards

Ankit
