Hi, I'm trying to get sensor data using the SPI protocol, but it seems not to be working as it should be.Developing environments are: S32 Design Studio for Power Architecture, MPC5748G, ASM330LHHX, dspi_driver example codeAt first, I sent a read request for WHO_AM_I address 0x8F then the data sequence returned.But still, the same data sequence returned which was not what I wanted(0x6b).So I changed the request address to 9A and some others, but still, the same data sequence returned.The pictures above are who_am_i return data.The data sequence is " 0x00 ... 0xD6 .... 0x00 ... 0x08 .... 0x00... 0x01 ... 0x00 ... 0xC0..."This is how I configure the SPI component :What is the correct way to read and write sensor data? Is there a guide for this?Thanks in advance.

I recently purchased a STEVAL-MKI109V3 and STEVAL-MKI208V1K to evaluate the accelerometer. I installed Unico-GUI v9.13 and thought I was off to the races but when I open Unico I get the "Error: The adapter board has not been recognized". I have tried on a couple different computers and get the same result. Any advice on how to fix this? Odd for a brand new out of the box evaluation kit no?Thank you!!

We have used your one component in our project but we are facing some issues in designing the footprint because we didn't get the suggested land pattern in the Datasheet.So kindly share with us the suggested land pattern for Part no.LSM6DSLTR mentioned here

Hello,I made a special card design that includes LSM6DSO32. I want to use this sensor in motion classification project. I want to ask a question about a subject that is said by everyone but I do not know. Everyone has mentioned that it is necessary to perform a calibration process to get the correct data from an IMU. However, the LSM6DSO32 sensor's user manual states that it comes calibrated from the factory. Do I need to calibrate this sensor extra?If yes, how should I do this for accelometer and gyro?I read an article about the need to subtract the gyro values from the new gyro values by averaging at the stationary position, is this a correct way to calibrate?I do not know how to calibrate the accelometer. I need help on how to calibrate both gyro and accelometer values.Without doing any calibration, I set, the gyro is 1000 dps and accel is 8G and the sampling frequency of both to 104 Hz. Hi,I am using the LSM6DSOX and ISM330DHCX in FIFO mode at 52 Hz or 208 Hz. For 52 Hz the real frequency turns out to be about 48.57 Hz, and proportionally so for 208 Hz. I am confirming this through the number of samples collected between GPS fixes and when comparing a signal against another type of sensor. The observed frequency is stable at this rate.Could this be real or is there something wrong in my application? The FIFO is checked using an RTC and is never allowed to run full (the overflow, full, overflow_latched) bits are checked. I drain (pop) the number of samples available at the RTC interrupt, but do not reset it. Hello,I'm testing LIS2DE12 accelerometer, trying to communicate with it through I2C. I want to make an interrupt on INT1 when some larger value is present (sensor is being shaken for example). I configured Interrupt to work on Or mode and for starting, just on X high and low events. I want to use internal HP filter, but I do not understand how to configure it, it seems like documentation is a bit short on explaining modes of HP. I will add register info from datasheet. What is the difference between normal mode with reset and without ? Why should I reset HP filter ? Also, what is in 0x26 register (Reference) ? should I write reference value to it, and filter will filter out anything that is bellow that value? I am really lost in these configs.

Please refer this thread. I don't think that the sensor can get damaged in such short period of time. Is it possibly due to moisture? At times I get 1018hPa which is even higher than sea level pressure of 1013.5 hPaPls help.

Hi, I have created a machine learning model using STM32Cube IDE and would like to print out the results of the model on the PC using Bluetooth. I am using the SenorTile.box (STEVAL-MKSBOX1V1) with the SPBTLE-1S Bluetooth module.I am currently printing out my results over USB, with the device being shown as a COM port in the PuTTY program. The code I use for this is: #define BUFSIZE 256 char SendBuffer[BUFSIZE];   snprintf(SendBuffer,BUFSIZE,"Class: %d \r\n", ClassValue); CDC_Transmit_FS(SendBuffer,strlen(SendBuffer));Now I wonder if there is a way to do this, but by using Bluetooth instead of USB. The data is still fetched at a lower rate of around 1667Hz.​Project:I used STMems_Standard_C_drivers/_prj_MKI109V3/_prj_MKI109V3.ioc and STMems_Standard_C_drivers/tree/master/lsm6dsox_STdC as the basis for the project (github.com/STMicroelectronics/STMems_Standard_C_drivers). I have created my project based on the example lsm6dsox_read_data_drdy.c ​It is pretty straightforward. We have a flutter application that is connecting to the ST BLE sensor chip via native bluetooth. We listen to the mems, pressure, accelerometer, and sensor fusion sensors to save to 4 files on the app. The ST SDK was giving us the observed blocking of pressure sensor so we switched to Native bluetooth in hopes it was just an SDK issue, but seeing same issues with bluetooth.When the pressure sensor is being listened to, only audio + pressure data is received. the other 2 sensors have nothing.When disable listening to pressure, the other 2 sensors + audio receive data.We have put breakpoints for where we write data from the 3 sensors, and with pressure sensor not active, we can see the data being saved, but when enabled, it only fires on the pressure sensor write to csv function and the other 2 are never triggered.It appears that the pressure sensor does not allow for interrupts and is operating in a sync mode when it comes to the other sensors.This is proved by only listening to the oth

Hi, i'm trying to do GET and POST request with a Steval stwinkt1. The board is connected to the wifi using wifi.h librarie. Currently I connect the board to wifi. Then I send my Get request with the "WIFI_SendData" functionI store the response in a "char messagereception[3072];"However, the result is inconsistent.I previously checked that the card was well connected and tested my call to the API with PostmanIf you have any ideas, I'm all ears.

by some mistake, we have a large batch of boards with LIS2DS12 sensor and STM32G030F6P6 mcu powered with 3.3 volts. but the maximum voltage for LIS2DS12 is 2.0 volts, and absolute minimum voltage for STM32G030F6P6 is 2.0 volts. so we tried to adjust on board power regulator down to 2.0 volt but we had boot problems with the mcu. so the question is 2.2 volt the absolute maximum of LIS2DS12 is safe for long term working condisitons ? because STM32G0 looks fine with 2.2 volts.also can we run LIS2DS12 with 2.5 volts (0.3 volts over the absolute maximum) i am asking this because we have a test batch and LIS2DS12 chips are working fine with 3.3 volts over weeks without single fault.

when I'm NOT enabling routing the Sleep state/change (setting CTRL5_INT2_PAD_CTRL to 0x00) I'm getting I regular good behavior of the SLEEP_STATE_IA bit (1 and 0 according to the wu cfg) HOWEVER, when I set CTRL5_INT2_PAD_CTRL to 0xC0 or 0x40, the bit: SLEEP_STATE_IA stay constantly on 1,Can you please help me?thanks!
