Hi everyone,I’m working with an STM32H753ZI and trying to interface a 32GB SDHC card via SPI using FatFs.The SPI connection seems fine (I can read 0xFF repeatedly), but the SD card does not respond to CMD0 or CMD8 — both return 0xFF. As a result, f_mount fails with error code (3).Test setup:STM32H753ZISPI1 @ 256 prescaler3.3V SD Card Module (Pzsmocn PZSSD001)Netac 32GB SDHC card (format is FAT32 )Observed:SPI lines work (0xFF received repeatedly).CMD0 and CMD8 always return 0xFF.Tried keeping CS low, delaying, reformatting — no change.Questions:Is 32GB SDHC over SPI known to have compatibility issues on STM32H753ZI?Any proven SD cards or modules you recommend?Any other suggestions to debug this issue? Thank you for any help or advice!

For this project I used a TDA7265 in beige configuration directly following the circuit diagram from the datasheet. In testing, no sound is coming from the speaker, only a hum. I’m using a 12V 1 A dual rail supply with an 8 ohms speaker. I have demonstration for this project on Thursday. I’m not sure if it’s stuck in standby mode/mute mode so I’m seeking some clarity on this whole thing. I have picture of the circuit I used for my PCB however there’s a mistake that I caught in testing regarding the output. I fixed that but I can’t see why the speaker doesn’t automatically sound.

Hello everyone,I have a STM32F103C8T6 Blue Pill board and NRF24L01+ RF module with 5V to 3.3V NRF24 adapter. I wore a code for reading and writing NRF24 register via SPI serial communication. In order to read any register value from NRF24 we send a command signal first. when the command signal shifted out from MOSI pin, NRF24 shifts out the STATUS register value on MISO pin simultaneously. After that it shifts out the register value that specified in command register.   NRF24_Write_8Bit_Register function reads any 8 BIT register value and does some bitwise operation after that it sends the register value back to NRF24. I want to read CONFIG register in NRF24 and add 0x02 to that register. When i run this function NRF24 shifts out the STATUS register value and CONFIG register value. The values i get is 0x0E and 0x00. But its suppose to be 0x0E and 0x08. But if i run  NRF24_Read_8Bit_Register before the write function i can get 0x0E and 0x08.Why i cannot receive correct v

NUCLEO-WB55RG communicating via SPI1 to an ADXL362 eval boardI set up the project (attched below) using CubeIDE, generated the code & placed my own callbacks for the SPI in main.When I look at the value for the Z direction I should be getting a value that indicates roughly 1g but all I get is 0. The same for all the other axis, no change in any value no matter how I orient the sensor.To check that the acceleromter was working I hooked it up to an Arduino using a 3rd party library especially for the ADXL362. That all worked as expected, so I know the accelerometer is working.When I go through the code with the debugger it doesn't hang anywhere so I'm guessing my callbacks are working, its just I dont get any data back, all values remain at 0Anyone see anything obvious that I'm doing wrong?

Hello everyone. I'm currently just learning and getting familiar with microcontrollers. For educational purposes, I would like to set up master-slave communication between two C8T6 boards. The master should send an array of values, which the slave receives and evaluates. If the array matches a predefined pattern, the slave sends a response—also an array of values. The master receives the array and, if it matches the expected pattern, changes the state of an LED. This process should repeat in a loop.When I connect the power, only the LED turns on and nothing else happens. If I reset the slave (using the button on the board), the communication starts working and the LED begins blinking. I can also get the communication to work by resetting the master, but I usually have to press the reset button several times before it connects properly. The slave always connects correctly after a reset.If someone could help me figure out what I'm doing wrong, I would really appreciate it. I've been stru

Hi, we are using M41T83RMY6F for RTC function on our board. However, we have seen issue at -25⁰C and below i.e. -40⁰C. We executed a test where our board was dwelled at -25C for 4 hours and in one test we executed test at -40⁰C for 96 hours. In both cases we noticed a lag of nearly 2 minutes with respect to Universal time. The unit/board was OFF during this duration.Before test the clock was in sync with UST however post test completion we noticed lag. Can you please suggest what could be causing this issue? We do notice in hardware we have the series diode, resistor and capacitor with VBAT which may not be needed by this chip however can't directly relate it to cold test. Kindly suggest what else we can check from software/hardware perspective.

I intended to write a wrapper to access the memory section of the M24512 part. I began with enumeration using the device identification code, but instead of receiving I2C Family as 0xE0, I got 0xFF, I need to understand what went wrong. Additionally, when I write a byte to memory and read it back, it still shows 0xFF, please find trace logs attached, appreciate your quick reply.

and in the FAIL.txt "The interface firmware FAILED to reset/halt the target MCU" When I connected my F4 Discovery card to my computer, the card's folder opened in front of me and in it, apart from the usual files, another file called FAIL.txt, which I saw for the first time. When configuring UART on the board, according to https://wiki.st.com/stm32mcu/wiki/Getting_started_with_UART the program can be flashed once. When trying to flash again the system reports:Target no device foundError in initializing ST-LINK device.Reason: No device found on target.This happens even when just the configuration is set, no data transmitted and MS_USART_UARTx_Init() is commented out. The error occurs with every UART. It does not disappear when deleting the UART configuration in the IOC editor and regenerate the code without any references to UART. With BOOT0 set to high, reconnecting to ST-Link and flashing another program without configured UART the board behaves normally again. Commenting out HAL_Init() prevents this error, but I strongly assume that leads to other problems. This only happens to the Bluepill board, testing the same configuration with an STM32F407VGT6 (STM32F4-Discovery and an STM32F401CEU6 (Blackpill) stay inconspicuously. Any ideas how to circumvent this

HI!I recently purchased some ST products, attempting to program and debug.I initially purchased a STM32 Blue Pill (STM32f103) along with a Mini St-Link V2 (Clone). Then I purchased an STM32F3VE board.I was able to program both boards using ST-LINKV2 (clone) and CubeProgrammer but not to debug via CubeIde, as I understand ST no longer allows debugging via cloned STlink.Wanting to debug I purchased a STLINK-V3minie, but I can't even connect with the CubeProgrammer Software to both cards. I have checked the connections over and over again and they are correct.I changed the firmware version of the Minie, believe me I've tried them all. I checked with the oscilloscope whether the CLOCK/Data are present, and everything is OK.What do you think about it? Is it possible that the cards have cloned chips and therefore the minie doesn't connect? If, yes, how can I check from CubeProgrammer whether they are genuine ST or not? Looking at the ICs case/mark they look Genuine.Thanks in advance

Please find attached the block diagram for the implemented circuit. I am working with a 4x5 LED array that requires error detection.
