Hello,I am an auto parts developer.I am using the M24512-A125 product.I am writing 1 page of address 128 bytes.I am writing the same data by 3 bytes.I am writing 42 bytes of different data.I am writing 42 bytes * 3 bytes = 128 bytes.I am using Nbytes write.I am worried that 1 byte will not be written 0.6 million cycles because of the ECC function.I don't want to use the ECC function.I want to turn off the ECC function.I know that 4 bytes is 0.6 million cycles.I checked the M24512-A125 datasheet section 5.2 and the AN4434 datasheet.I don't want the ECC function to reduce one byte write cycle.please tell me howAdditionally, if all 128 bytes of different data are written on one page, can you guarantee 0.6 million cycles of one byte?Please see the picture below. Is my understanding correct? If you can't turn off the ECC function, can you think of it like the picture below? Please, reply.thanks,

In our application USBLC6-2P6 is connected between a USB port and a processor STM32L4R5xx. The circuit is self-powered (Li-ion battery), and uses either PC USB or USB dc power supply for charging and communication. We find a number of damaged USBLC6-2P6 with a specific failure pattern: both low side diodes show 0.8V voltage drop in both direction, while both high-side diodes and a Vbus TVS diode are open (see image below). What can possibly cause these failures? Are there any test reports for this device and what are the typical failure modes?

Hello.I would like to ask about the marking of "VND5N07-1-E".Is there a difference in the notation of the part name depending on the manufacturing time?The previously ordered parts package is "VND5N07"The package I recently got from the market was "VND5N07-1".Is this a genuine product?[reference] As a separate statement, the previous part was marked with "GKLCY925"The market stock was marked "CC1A 0 131".

I am looking to get confirmation on the pin out of EMIF08-LCD04M16 in QFN package. The datasheet makes no mention of this. I assume that it is a pass through type, where pins opposite each other are connected through the filters, and that the exposed pad is ground. Can someone confirm this, or correct my assumption?ThanksJoel

The datasheet of this MOSFET (STP20NM60FD) mentioned that it is based on FDMesh technology. I would like to know more about FDMesh technology. Further, Does this MOSFET fall under the category of Super-Junction MOSFET?

Hello, right now i am working with a STA8090 DevKit to test some things with the Teseo LIV3F. Unfortunatly, the software documentation is very inconsistent.For example in UM2399 Rev5 May 2020, there is the command$PSTMCFGCONST (page 151/376), which allows or disables different GNSS constellations.(Or UM2229, Rev 4 Dec 2019, page 86/239 and 87/239)Its described as every constellation is 1 decimal digit and can have following allowed values: Constellation disabledConstellation satellites only trackedSatellites constellation used in position evaluationBut what values? 0, 1, 2? Or 1, 2, 3?If i check a software command sheet from a different quectel module, which also uses the same command its listed as 0, 1, 2.
