Hi, I have some part with broken ST diode with label MDE GP743. Is this product still exist? where can i look for technical data for this part? Thanks

Thanks for the reply. So MDE GP743 and SM15T6V8AH have same electrical characteristics right?

Well... GP743 is the datcode of this TVS diode and the marking MDE stands for SM15T6V8AH.

So yes, the SM15T6V8AH provides the same characteristics as the SM15T6V8AH. ;)
