I am currently working on a revamped version of the LVGL MicroPython binding. My goals are to make it easier to compile and also easier to use. The "official" binding only has support for SPI displays and the STM32 line of MCU's are capable of interfacing with many other types of displays that are made.The official binding requires different drivers for specific display IC's and those drivers are written for use with specific MCU's. The drivers all have a different API which leads to quite a bit of confusion when trying to use it. This is one of the major issues when using the official binding.What I have done to make things easier is I have split a "display driver" into 2 pieces. One is the code needed to initialize a display IC and the other is the driver for the actual connection type used the display IC driver code is written in Python while the "bus" code is written in C. We have configured two ADCs on a single SPI line.Our design functions correctly with the following specifications:ADC1-Channels used: 4SPI Clock: 13.65 MHzSampling Rate: 4000 SPSADC2-Channels used: 8SPI Clock: 13.65 MHzSampling Rate: 4000 SPSHowever, we have recently received a new batch of the same ISO7762DWR ICs, which has impacted our system's performance. We are unable to read ADC values correctly at the above clock speed and configuration.During troubleshooting, we found that reducing the SPI clock to below 6.5 MHz allows us to receive ADC readings. In this scenario, ADC1 (4 channels used) works fine, but ADC2 (8 channels) returns random values.Could the lower SPI clock frequency be affecting the accuracy of the ADC readings?  Hello, i am working on a project involving Wake-Up Radios (WuR) for underground sensor networks. The system is based on a STM32U5 microcontroller and a SX1261 LoRa transceiver module,I have a problem with the BUSY pin the transmitter is stuck waiting for the BUSY pin to go low after sending commands. The STM32 reads the BUSY pin as logic high (1) indefinitely, but an external oscilloscope shows the BUSY line is actually low (0). This discrepancy prevents the program from proceeding, as it continuously waits for the BUSY pin to go low. The pin is configured as an input without pull-up or pull-down resistors. I've verified the pin number and mapping several times.In addition to that, I want to confirm that the SX1261 is actually starting transmission when I send a command. Currently, I don’t receive any TX_DONE interrupt, and the transmission seems to silently fail. Is there any known method to verify that TX is starting on the SX1261? Also, is there a way to bypass

Hello everyone. I am writing to you because I am trying to capture a thermal image (frame of temperature values) using a Lepton 2.5 thermal camera with Break Out board 2.0 connected to a Nucleo U5A5ZJ-Q board. First I connected the following pins of the Break Out board 2.0 to the Nucleo board, as shown in the table below. I checked the communication of the I2C on the oscilloscope and it seems good. Anyway I read 0 as the temperature of the case of the Lepton Thermal camera and I have never received the VSYNC signal from the Lepton Thermal camera to read the thermal frame on the SPI. I tried to put software pull-up and to remove them on the I2C, but the situation remains the same.  Then I noted that about each minute the Lepton thermal camera shutter close and open for a while. Do you have any idea how I can solve this problem?   Thank you very much for the support!  

bmp581 data problemI'm using a BMP581 barometric pressure sensor on my custom flight computer designed for a rocket project. The altitude data I read from the sensor is not stable over time. While the sensor is in a stationary position (not moving), the altitude value sometimes slowly decreases, reaching values like -70 meters, and then slowly starts increasing again.It doesn't immediately drop to a negative value — instead, it drifts gradually over time, showing a kind of up-and-down fluctuation. Sometimes it reaches a stable point temporarily, then begins drifting again. I use STM32F767NIH6.I save data to AT24CM02-SSHD with I2C.However, I divide it into several areas and save the necessary data.For example, I save data such as setting values, measurement values, etc. separately.However, when saving data in some areas, it is not saved properly, and an ERROR occurs in the code and it is passed to Serial communication.I need help to solve this problem.+I checked while testing and found thatWriting to the first page (Device Address Byte's A17, A16 are 0,0) works normally.However, when writing data to another page, an error code is output from the code.However, the symptom that is confirmed at the same time is that when writing to the first page, both the clock signal and the data signal are confirmed when measuring SDA and SCL with an oscilloscope. Hi everyone,I'm working with the STM32F303CCT6 chip, and I've configured the system clock such that HCLK is running at 72 MHz.I'm trying to configure SPI1 in full-duplex master mode using CubeMX / STM32CubeIDE. However, when I attempt to set the prescaler to 2, it gives me the following warning:"With this Prescaler value and APB2 Clock Frequency (72.0 MHz), Baud Rate is more than 18.0 MBits/s.Please set Prescaler more than 4."This is confusing because I thought SPI1 could go up to 32 Mbit/s.Has anyone encountered this?Is this a limitation from CubeMX or HAL?Is it safe to ignore this warning and proceed manually in code?Or is there a hardware limitation I'm overlooking?Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!

Hello,I have a problem with a PCB with an STM32F410. This board is used in the field, and in some cases, it freezes, and only works by reflashing the firmware. We're using some data in the Flash (emulated EEPROM) to write data, about 18 bytes, written to sector 1 of the flash. When reading these microcontrollers that came from the field, I notice that sector 0 has invalid data, preventing the microcontroller from booting.The writes are performed sporadically according to certain button commands, and only the read is performed when the code starts to check the status of these variables.I performed several bench tests with noise generators and several continuous writes to memory to see if this could be a problem, but I was unable to reproduce the problem.My power supply is stable, and when I input electrical noise signals, the microcontroller freezes, but it recovers after a watchdog reset.I also reviewed the PCB to check for layout issues, but I didn't find anything that could cause a p

My IDE is Keil uVision.Using the sample projects, it's easy to debug the microcontroller behavior. All debugger features are accessible and work correctly: Watch, Memory, Peripherals, Logic Analyzer, etc.My goal is to prepare an initialization file (.ini) to configure Keil debugger at the following path:Options->Debug->Initialization fileThis initialization file, in addition to providing the debugging functions mentioned above (Watch, Memory, Peripherals, Logic Analyzer, ... ), will allow me to read/write information from/to flash memory when loading my executable onto the board.Can anyone recommend an ini file to start for the STM32H753?.Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions.Bye,Matteo

Hi all,I'm working on an STM32F429 project and trying to read quadrature signals from an RS422 encoder (SIKO MSK5000). I'm connecting the encoder to TIM2 pins (PA0/PA1) in encoder mode (using timer input capture), but I can't get any signal detected by the timer. The RS422 output is connected through a differential-to-TTL converter (based on MAX485), and I'm using the STM32's built-in encoder interface. However, the counter stays at zero, and I see no changes at all. Hi All,we are evaluating the possibilty to use a BiSS-C encoder in our project. First time using BiSS-C.From the BiSS-C standard it seems to me that BiSS-C can be implemented at STM32 level by mean of an SPI peripheral connected to an Rs422 transceiver.Things that is bugging me is that BiSS-C frame seems to not be aligned to 8-bit boundary (e.g. to transfer 26-bits exactly 26 clock pulses have to be yielded) so SPI cannot be fit for this application.Does anyone already implemented BiSS-C interface with STM32? I am trying to interface DHT22 sensor with STM32F411RE board. When initially I interfaced I was able to see data (i.e., Temp and Humidity) I am giving 3.3v power supply, data pin connected to PA0 ground and set clock frequency to 50MHZ using Internal oscillator. But when now I am trying to check values, I am not able to get values I haven't change anything in code still I am facing this issue. The code is stuck in while loop of DHT22_response function where it is waiting for pin to be low. I have attached coding file please can anyone help me regarding this??
