Is the PD85004 part discontinued? We wonder if you have any remaining stock to make the power module with that part.And I was wondering if there are any parts or subsequent parts that are an alternative to that.

When using L298N and L297/1 Is it necessary to use a low-pass filter when connecting the L298N current detection terminal to the L297/1 sense?

Hi, I am working on a project involving input signal in the 3-5 GHz range. For the rectifier circuit, I wanted to use the BAS70-04FILM diode by ST. Hi, I am looking for a spice model for this mosfet (preferably one that runs stable in LTSpice). Purpose is to do some simulations for a SMPS (detailed calculation during transients should be supported by the model). I did not find in STB60NF06 - N-Channel 60V - 0.014Ohm - 60A - D2APK StripFET(TM) II POWER MOSFET - STMicroelectronics (For some mosfets, it is available at this place). Is a model for this mosfet available? Herwig.  

i bought a TSC1641 evaluation board, I can't read the power information from the DC power register. I can successfully read shunt voltage, current, load voltage data.the configuration is as follows:Rshunt register value = 0x01F4; the shunt resistance on my semim development board is 5 mili ohms.(decimal=500).configration register value = 0x0037; conversion time 1024 µs (default),7h: shunt and load voltage, continuous mode (default). I check the FLAG register data zeroth (CVNF) bit to see if the data is ready,but regardless of this, I do a reading at any time.does this cause problems with reading dc power information?

I do not understand where BATD is connected to? Is it connected to the negative end of the battery? I am using a single cell battery with only 2 terminals but this seems to imply there are 3 battery terminals.

Hello, I'm studying the kit you provided and the stsw-l9661bms program to implement a low-capacity BMS. According to the datasheet, there are instructions to set thresholds for OverCurrent in the program. Hello, I have a problem with the L9916 voltage regulator. I cannot enter the programming mode to set the properties. I have sent the bit pattern as shown in the AppNote, but I am unable to start the I2C communication. So it looks like it failed to enter programming mode. Has anyone worked with this controller? Please help.

Hi, I am using L978s sensor with SPI communication. Frame count bit should be toggling in every frames while receiving. I transfer first frame 0x5280001F to read STATUS5 register. I get response as 0x40800021. I send second frame by toggling frame count and updating CRC. But I get same response 0x40800021. The response from the chip always have frame count 1. It is supposed to toggle. Not seeing any communication error being set in the response. Can you please support to find the cause of this error? Thanks in advance.

I have the LED1642GW in a daisy chain configuration I have 16 chips in chain.  If I try to set any other chip than the first directly it does not turn on, however if I set the first chip and then set it again it carries over to the 2nd chip and I must be missing something and its probably a *** oversight but I cant seem to figure it out.  I tried messing with the config register and it didnt seem to change anything so for now I am not touching the config register so it should be 0 from power on.PWM is free running 50% duty cycle I have tried different frequencies but right now its set to 2Mhz0:0 means chip0chan0, 0:1 means chip0chan1, 1:0 means chip1:chan0, etcExample (these calls are done back to back without a power cycle in between):I set 0:0 and I see 0:0 onNext I set 0:0 0:1 and I see 0:0 0:1 1:0 onNext I set 0:0 0:1 0:2 and I see 0:0 0:1 0:2 1:0 1:1 2:0Next I set 0:0 0:1 0:2 0:3 and I see 0:0 0:1 0:2 0:3 1:0 1:1 1:2 2:0 2:1 3:0There is a consistent pattern here for sure

Hi Sir/Ma'am, I have a question about the STEVAL-CTM009V1 board. Explanation: Currently, I am using the STEVAL-CTM009V1 evaluation kit for my motor control application. I have connected the necessary power supplies(48V and 12V) and all 4 RED LEDs are ON. I applied 6 PWMs and tested that I could see the PWMs at the input of the gate driver and also there is a 3.3 V available at SD&OD pin. But I am not receiving any output other than small spikes at the low sides output and LOW at high sides output.  Questions: what could be the possible reason behind this?

The datasheet (and eval board) for the STUSB4710 show the device paired to a buck converter using a >22V supply for this USB C power source IC. I would like to drive the 4710 with 14V (automotive application) and be able to still get the full range of USB C power out of it (5V to 20V). Is there an ST buck boost converter that would be able to interface to the feedback pin of the 4710?
