Suggest Any Part No. of  Same Function Which is having Product life cycle > 7 years  or2 . Does the BTA25 800BW triac have IEC 60730-1 and IEC 60730-2-9 certification?

I have used eDesignSuite to generate firmware code for my vienna rectifer. I need some more clarity/documentation on implementation of the code. Many things are unclear, such as at start-up, there is a pin dedicated to an relay, which will limit the current by adding an resistor in series with the capacitor. My doubt is, weather the firmware code will itself control this things, or do I need to write seprate code, to precharge the capacitors and avoid inrush current?The other doubt which I had, is to do with the preconfigured communication pins. where are these used?I am also not able to understand the DAC pins configured. where are these used again?I know that ST cannot disclose everything, but atleast there should be proper documentation on the usage of firmware. Please help me out, so that I can use this firmware in my project!!!

Hello everyone,I have an issue with my STEVAL-WBC86TX board: recently I loaded a config.file in which I disabled the FHOP.When I connect the STEVAL to my PC using a USB-C cable, WPSTUDIO (both version 1.8.4 and 2.2.5) fails to recognize the WBC86TX device. Additionally, I have measured the SDA with the oscilloscope and observed this issue. It seems there is a communication issue with I2C, as some bits fail to be written.Could you tell me what might be causing it and how to resolve the problem?Thank you!

Everything is fine up to approx. 16 kHz (microstep). That's only 300 rpm. Then the current drops further and further. For bta-16, 26-80bwrg orders, the producing countries are Malaysia and China.Is there a quality difference?Is the Chinese product a copy?How can I tell them apart?

I was picking a 5V high-performance LDO for RF mixer, and found that the parameters of LDL212 are very similar to those of the LDL1117 two series, the specific models are LDL212PU50R and LDL1117S50R, I checked their PSRR and output noise is almost the same, except for the obvious difference in the packaging between the two, I didn't find any major performance differences.   For the power supply of the mixer, to get better performance, how do I choose these two models? Why?

Dear Community,I'm a repair technician and I trying to identify a damaged component made by STMicroelectronics.Based on the surronding components and circuitry its a PMIC/DC-DC Coverter but I cannot find this specifc one.As you can see, all the information is visible on the IC markings is XXC7-1. And it has a 7-pin configuration on a SOP8 package.Can you please help me identify this component? Thank you!

In EVAL-L9963E-MCU evaluation board manual,the term 'VTREG' is refered to on many pages in word.But schematic diagrams or figures don't use 'VTREG' like the image attached below.What's the VTREG?

Triac snubberless (bta-16-800bw) does not require a snubber in the circuit?Or would installing a snubber in the circuit have a good effect?The difference between BTA16-800BW and CW is the gate current difference.Will the current specification selection of the optocoupler be different in phase control for 380V 3-phase?

We are currently using the ST1PS02BQTR for powering a compact main board with BT connectivity (STM32WB5MMG), an IMU, and other ancillary blocks (LEDs, charge pump for LEDs, passives). The system is powered through two AAA batteries connected in series. A daughter board (connected with cables) is used for color sensing purpose. Please find attached part of the schematic with the sections of interest. The issue we are experiencing is that one sample out of the pre-series batch (100 units) has a power supply with more significant noise than expected and, after tracking down the issue, we have found it to be related to the specific ST1PS02BQTR component. This issue leads to a faulty Bluetooth connectivity. Changing the specific component with another one solves the issue, swapping the specific component with the one of another working board swaps the issue (i.e. the faulty board works properly, the working board becomes faulty). Since the wireless charging system cannot immediately absorb high current, what sequence of loads should I connect to the STEVAL-WLC38RX to ensure it absorbs 5W?

Hello, I have designed and assembled a SMPS based on the EVAL-STCH03-45W evaluation board. What I have noticed, is that the power supply is outputting 1 Hz pulses with short buzzing sounds. These symptoms usually mean the hiccup mode is activated. However, I couldn't really find the problem that could cause the STCH03 to go into hiccup mode. I also noticed that the secondary side mosfet (STL90N10F7) was dead short, which is interesting because the components are sourced from Mouser. After replacing with another (but not the same) MOSFET the problem was still present. Can you guys check my schematic whether it is correct, or maybe give some tips on where I should look for the cause of this problem?  

I am evaluating a PFC with the EVL4986-350W evaluation board.To be able to use Boost coils without the extra winding I want to supply the VCC voltage from a buck converter connected to the output voltage. The voltage from the buck is 17V.I have tried to connect the buck directly to VCC capacitor and wia the diode (D7) to VCC. C9 was disconnected.Why doesn't the PFC  start up?It start up if I connect the VCC voltage after the AC power but not if the VCC is powered up before or at the same time as the AC-input.

I have a PowerSTEP01 that is behaving unexpectedly when I send the ResetDevice command.If I send it when my system starts then everything is ok when I check the STATUS register.However, if I send ResetDevice after the motor has been moved (sequence ends with a SoftStop), then the status reports CMD_ERROR. Adding a status check shows that the error was definitely caused by the ResetDevice command - status before is 0xE012 and after is 0xE092.This does not happen if I issue a HardHiZ before the ResetDevice.

Dear allI use an STEVAL-ISV019V1 (Boost Mode) with a KXOB25-05X3F PV cell.When I connect a 330mF supercap to BATT, working at low light (200Lux) Store is being charged withing 30s. Not the SPV1050 tries to switch to the Supercap and restarts because the voltage at STORE drops below the 2.5V.So far so good (or at least I expected that to happen).In the datasheet there is "Figure 4. I'm designing a device that will use the L293D microchip and I'd like clarification on the following issues:1) There is a maximum value for the high voltage input current and high voltage enable current. What does this maximum value signify? Is this the maximum safe current the chip should consume from this pin? or is this the maximum the chip is expected to consume and the safe limit for current through this pin is much higher?2) Following on from the questions above, What is the effect of flowing a much larger current through this pin?3) How much noise or what ripple voltage can this chip function with?4) Do you have a sample schematic of the application of this chip or a similar ship? Best regards,Rafa

According to datasheet, L6924D has the possibility to set a maximum charging time, defined according to the capacitor connected in TPRG pin. But what should be done if the maximum charging time limit is undesirable? Can I short TPRG to GND to achieve an "infinite" capacitance, resulting in an infinite maximum charging time?

Respected Sir/Ma'am,                                   I'm designing 2KW SMPS from reference schematics design of "STEVAL-ISA172V2: 2 KW fully digital AC-DC power supply (D-SMPS) evaluation board". I've not faced any obstacle in designing schematics of the circuit with help of reference design. But in PCB design, I'm facing so much problem in Altium Design Professional Software.  I'll be grateful to you if you'll share the CAD/CAE symbol, Gerber file, PCB layout, Assembly drawing of "STEVAL-ISA172V2" with me  so that I can complete this design for physical board implementation. However, I've encountered an issue as the SRK1001 synchronous rectification controller is not available in the simulation environment.I'm reaching out to ask for advice on how to proceed with replacing or simulating the SRK1001 IC in my setup. When using the external step input of the Powerstep01, will the internal logic also use the advanced fast decay mode and switch between micro and fullsteps if a given speed limit is reached?Or does the step input only count microsteps and not using any of the advanced modes that are used when profiles are defined by using the Move/Run etc commands?Thanks for any hints

In the STPSIN software, it seems that I am limited to 15609.741 Steps / sec?(See picture below)With a 0.9 degree motor (400 steps / revolution)this limits me to15609 steps/sec * 1 rev/400 steps * 60 sec/1 minute = 2341 RPMIs this the maximum speed of the device, because I need to move at 3000 RPM?Is this for trajectory mode only? Can I move faster if I provide the external step pin?Is there a fundamental speed limit for step mode?
