When I chose to use stm32cubeide to create a new rtos project for zet6, this is what I did:Also select the V2 version of freertos and leave the rest as defaults：After selecting Generate Project and compiling, I am having problems:Description Resource Path Location Typefatal error: freertos_mpool.h: No such file or directory cmsis_os2.c /zet6RTOS/Middlewares/Third_Party/FreeRTOS/Source/CMSIS_RTOS_V2 line 33 C/C++ Problem and If I choose to comment out these two header files, it tells me that systick is undefinedHow should this be resolved? I have been using STM32CubeIDE for quite some time. It's a great tool. How ever, I have been experiencing a bug in project settings since I updated to 1.6.1.Usually, I put my code in a separate folder, thus I could build up a project using existing code quickly based on another type of STM32 chip. In this way, I must add my source location and include DIRs in Project->Properties->C/C++ General->Paths and Symbols. In the Includes tab, there are two items under Languages, GNU C and Assembly. Since I use C/C++ for programming, I add the DIRs under the GNU C item. There is no items under the Assembly item.I get used to manage FreeRTOS resource using CubeMX .ioc file. Whenever I changed FreeRTOS resource in the .ioc file, I re-generate the code and it does the work. But it happens that sometimes all the DIRs under the GNU C item are moved into the Assembly item after the code is re-generated. The GNU C item is left blank. So the code does not compile at all. Hello, I am using STM32F407G MCU and STM32CubeIDE Software.   I'm trying to tune a PI controller for my device and controller is embedded in the STM32 microcontroller. After writing the code and setting the parameters, I've been uploading it to the device. However, it's a lengthy process to stop the code, change Kp, Ki values, rebuild, and debug each time. Is there a faster way to modify the Kp and Ki gains without constantly stopping and restarting the code? I've tried using Live Expressions, but it doesn't seem to work in STM32CubeIDE.

Hi,When using the linked-list DMA, there are two places show the 'Transfer Event Generation', one is in the 'GPDMA1' settings and the others in the 'LINKEDLIST' nodes settings. Are they refer to the same thing? If so, are there any reason to let user set them at two places?Thanks.

Hello, I just got a NUCLEO-L4R5ZI-P and trying to test it out before i start my project. I tried the simple "Hello!" on serial and displaying via PuTTY cmd on windows. It is printing gibberish or maybe am missing something. Am new to ST and any help will be appreciated. I have tried a number of solutions but same result. Hello, So, I'm trying to display a 4 Digit number on 4 7-segment Display using multiplexing The issues are - 1. I'm using different Ports for Segments and Different Ports For common Cathode Pins ( I'll add the code below)                           2. I'm Directly using GPIO to segment Pins without having any IC in between Flow of the code is as follows :-  - Start -  for UP/DOWN button press  - If UP button is pressed then increment the counter  - Display the value of the counter on 7 segment display - check if button is still being held  - If yes continue incrementing  - If no then stop  - same for DOWN Button used for decrement  - End Here my increment and decrement function is working as expected but I'm not getting how can I display that counter values on 4 7-segment I wrote a code as follows In this

I am using STM32CubeIDE 1.13.0 with the latest firmware packs targeting a STM32H563 and need to include the CMSIS-DSP library.All of the forum posts/youtube videos/howto's etc say to copy a precompiled library file from the firmware repository to your project and then reference it.  The problem is that the current firmware repositories no longer contain pre-compiled libraries, only source code.  So can someone provide an updated set of instructions describing how to use the DSP code.CheersSimon

Hello everyone,I have a problem while I'm trying to upload the firmware (the same while I'm trying to debug), I'm working on a project located in a folder that is not the default workspace folder. As you can see in the image below, when I press debug or run, this error message appears:When I try to compile and debug a project on the default workspace everything goes fine, this only happens when I'm on a project in a non-default location.I have checked after building the project (which works fine) that all the debug files are generated and they are.Can anyone help me?Thank you!   

The past few days I have encountered erratic behavior where this message often appears when trying to debug a board:"Launch Terminated:The ELF file does not contain any .text section. Either manually enter the offset for the ELF file in the launch configuration or disable symbol loading for the ELF file."It's strange that I can't find any information about this on the internet or this forum. This is a serious problem that prevents me from debugging further.
