Hello, I am working with a SPC560P and have a problem with float numbers. As soon as I write a calculation with float numbers in my loop, the loop becomes extremely slow (microsecond range for a simple calculation in the loop).What can be the reason for this?Do I have to activate or set anything else and if so where?Please help me Thanks Timo Blessing

I want to know when or how exactly the RX callback function is triggered on the SPC560P - Disp Discovery board. I have created the function at the low level driver at the serial configuration and see it also in serial_lld_cfg. I have defined it afterwards. I want to work in asynchronous mode to avoid blocking. I can also receive single bytes with the function sd_lld_read(). But the callback function is never called or executed. what is the reason? Actually I would like to receive more than just one byte which is why I want to use the callback function as an interrupt. Can anyone help me here? Thanks Timo

I am setting up a development environment with SPC5-Studio, Discovery Plus Kit for SPC56 L line (with SPC56EL70L5 MCU) and SPC5-UDESDK JTAG debugger.Initially I was able to set up the SPC5-Studio and upload an example application (LED blinker), but after rebooting my PC the UDE STK tool stopped connecting. No matter what settings I use - the result is the same, the debugger can not connect to the board. I tried reinstalling, UDE and SPC5-Studio to no avail.To debug the problem I have connected a logic probe to the SPC5-UDESTK pins (TCK, TDI, TDO) and I see absolutely no activity on those pins when I attempt to connect with the UDE STK software.It seems that the SPC5-UDESTK device stopped functioning correctly. The Windows OS detects the SPC5-UDESTK device correctly.What can I do to restore the functionality of the SPC5-UDESTK device?

Hello ​I'm using spc560p40 and I tried to read data from other slave. When I monitor the code on logic analyzer, data is OK, but my mcu saw data one shift to right. I used spi_dll_exchange(&SPID, 2 , TX BUFFER, RX BUFFER) to send and receive data. Would you please help me out with this issue.Thanks David​

Hello, i am Tuan from FPT.We are currently using SPC58EC for our project and the issue is HARD RESET occurs after we send request to put uC into Standby mode.It may work sometimes but usually reset uC. So do we have to check for any condition to make sure uC is ready to change mode to standby?Thanks you.

Hello I'm sharan from yali mobilities. Here we are shifting from old spc5 studio to latest version spc5 studio 6.0. For testing I2C, I have used Arduino as a slave device. The programme which I have writen is attached as image. Arduino sends a inter value when an request event is occured. The programme runs in old spc5 studio, but it's not working in spc5 studio 6.0. I have used same configurations, setups and same board.I have tried I2C write function it works properly for all the devices, which I have tested. If any one knows the solution kindly reply. Hi,I'm new in SPC5 world.I would like to use SPC5-Studio to start my project on a SPC582B product and I would like to be able to debug it.I have a probe SPC5-UDESTK that I have used to flash a project compiled with SPC5-Studio.It is not clear if I need to by some licences or if I can continue with free licence.I have also read that the debug purposes of SPC5-studio is only available on STM development kits. Is-it the case ?Do I need to use PLS UDE STK tool to debug a project or, is-it possible using SPC5-studio directly ? do I need to buy a new licence in order to debug ?Thanks,Christophe

Hello, I am using SPC58EC and I want to write DCF records, is it possible to do that in the code, I saw couple of example which are using Lauterbach script. If it is possible is there any application note or documentation for this? I also saw to update STCU2 configuration we have to invalidate older configuration by changing keys. It's one time programmable memory, is it okay to write invalid keys to that place? Thanks in advance.

I'm starting using SPC5 familly and I discover chips and tools.I would like to first start with a low cost solution and then (second generation of product) to have my project ASIL-B certified. I understand that I will have to go with a STM 3rd party like EB tresos, isn't it ?I would like to know if there is a difference between low level drivers included in free SPC5 studio and those included in certified MCA ?And , for my understanding is MCAL interface just above low level driver ?Thanks in advance,Christophe
