New installation from scratch of SPCStudio 5.8.1 gives error that make is not found. I start a project with GCC and cant build the project. I cant find the make.exe nowhere except the hightec plugin folders. Hi, We are using SPC560B50L5C6E0Y microcontroller for one of our application. I have SPC560B-DIS with me and want to flash want to flash SPC560B50L5C6E0Y controller in our designed board. I want to know the required jumper setting on dev kit for flashing external target. What settings on SPC560B-DIS kit decides whether to flash the on-board controller or external target? I have removed S1,S2 jumpers and powering through USB. I have placed J19,J20 jumper and trying to flash but controller is not getting flashed correctly.

Hello.I have a using eval board : SPC58EC-DISP.​I try to receive all packet (slave mode) just like DAQ. SPC STUDIO support LinFlexD example only using filter.I think that lin_lld.c - spc5xx_lin_rxi_interrupt (SPC STUDIO Example) is need to modified.Please tell me if you know that receive way to data without filter in slave mode.Thank you.

Hi All,We are using different ADC group to access DMA channel. We have 3 ADC groups, Group1 ADC channel need to read continuously. So it should stop the other ADC channels to accessing the DMA. If it is accessing, it should stop it and reconfigure with Group1 configs. We are using below line of code to do it. Hey AllFairy new to SPC5 development, coming from st's 32bit standard Micro controllers.I have a few questions on the process to creating a project from scratch1) Are we meant to just load the example projects and modify them according to our needs and add anything else OR can we start from scratch via New-> New spc project etcetc...2)Starting a project from scratch, and adding in the SPC5Studio Pin map editor, i do what i would normal do in CubeMX, save, generate. but from that i just have the platform_component_rla file, and nothing more. Referring to the help manual, under SPC5STUDIO -> Concepts -> spc5studio Projectsi'm missing my main components /dependencies. Is there a process to installing these into the project that i've missed ?Here is a photo of my workspace.

Hello Everyone, update: I Worked it out :), forgot to declare the function. must of deleted it and forgot about it.I'm having an issue with finishing a build, i've modified the low level drivers for Can and named the callback functions ( from the file /SPC560Dxx_RLA CAN Test Application for Discovery) initially everything was dandy, then after adding those in i started to get this errorin my can_lld_cfg.lst i have I've attached them, does anyone knows how to interpret this.

Hello,I am trying to make SPC560B54L5 EVB in low power mode that is STANDBY mode.The measured current in normal RUN0 mode is 143 mA whereas while keeping in STANDBY mode, it is around 92 mA. But as per the AN3316 Application note the max current consumption is 314uA. So am I entering into STANDBY mode correctly?Because I could see that USB is getting disconnected during waiting for the S_MTRANS to SET. while (ME.IS.R == 0U){  ; }How can I make sure rather SPC560B54L5 EVB is in standby mode or not? HI all, I am Ragu, and I need to flash SPC560b50l5 chip using SPC560b54l5 discovery board. I use PLS adapter setting in document as they mentioned but it not works?. Below I attached JTAG connection circuit diagram which I use. I probe the JTAG pins with CRO and I confrim that data transfer is takes place from spc560b54l5 discovery board but spc560b50l5 controller is not respond after flashing. I need to know why it is not works. I think it maybe not flash correctly, isn't it? I any one face this issue, Please help me.With Regards,P.Ragu.

I have a SPC584B-DIS discovery board, and I can see that on the Matlab website it's listed as being supported hardware for Simulink.I have been trying to understand how exactly it should work though. I can see that most (all?)of the Simulink blocks are for STM32, and require an .ioc file generated with STM32Cube in order to link the hardware correctly. I understand that STM32Cube doesnt have anything for the SPC5 chips, and so I am wondering if there is a different method for working with them, or if they are not really supported as advertised by Mathworks? https://de.mathworks.com/hardware-support/stmicroelectronics.htmlThis is the site im referring to. It does say "With the exception of the Nudeo and Discovery Boards, MathWorks does not offer an Embedded Coder Hardware Support Package for the devices listed on this page. " But again, I do have a discovery board and so I thought it would be covered. Hi,I am trying to include Flash Driver component into my project of SPC560B50L1.I have added it from available components and it appeared in project as shown on attached screenshot.Then I wrote simple procedure, but linker says that flash driver's functions references are undefined (on attached screenshot).Is there something more I need to do in order to use flash driver's functions?Second question: Is there an example C code of flash erasing/writing procedure? Like for other low level drivers?As I can see, flash driver does not reveal source code and it is quite complicated to set up all related registers in proper order. It would be very useful to have an example to relate to.Best regards,Yannek

I'm using the demo board SPC560P - DISP and the example SPC560Pxx_RLA CAN Test Application for Discovery .This Test Application use the CAN loopback, if I remove the flag of FlexCAN Enable Loopback in the can configuration setting I'm expecting to see the correct logic value (digital side, not after transceiver) of frame transmission on the pin 109 (CANTXD).But I only see a noise an this pin every time there's an attempt of transmitting something.So something in the configuration of the pin is wrong, but I don't know the correct setting.Thanks to those who will be able to help me.

Hello,I am using LIN4 as slave , but I am not able to activate the identifier filter . Actually other than lin driver 0(LD0) , lin identifier filter is not getting activated.ldp->linflexlp->IFER.R = (uint16_t) (ifer | (((uint32_t)1U << 1))); /* Enable #Filter */Program is getting stuck in above statement in lin_lld.c->spc5_linflex_set_filter function. as per the reference manual, To configure an identifier filter the filter must first be activated by programming IFER[FACT] = 1.but where exactly we have to make the configuration for activating the filter.

Hi,I have implemented a master slave communication between two uC SPC56EL70L5 but it only works for a short time.In particular, each microcontroller can be both slave and master, it is in master mode when it must send data and in slave mode when it must receive them.The problem is that the system works correctly, in terms of data validity, only when I make the "Enable Synchronous Functions" setting and precisely the system works correctly in this case only for a limited number of time. Without that setting communication does not work.I noticed that as time passes tcsc and tasc increases the number of times I am able to make this two-way communication but it still ends up stopping.I have tried several possible configurations but I can not solve the problem.Also I want to point out that after compiling the SPIConfig structure in spi_lld_cfg.c is filled with a non-existent argument "SPI_MASTER".I NEED TO FIND A SOLUTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.ThanksMatteo Ferrara
