How to produce single pulse alone using eTimers?

I cant able to produce by the below configurations as

CTRL1->ONCE=0U

CTRL1->LENGTH=0U

CCCTRL->CMPMODE=0U

CTRL2->OUTMODE=8U

CTRL1->CNTMODE=1U

and also by various combinations

the most important thing is that i want to produce a single pulse by having control over both Ton and Toff
