Hi,I am trying to implement MCU sleep and wakeup mechanism using the MCU with the part number SPC560C50L3. I have developed a piece of code with reference to few reference documents(Reference Manual RM0017, AN4231, AN3316).In the sample code which I have attached herein with, I am trying to HALT the MCU whenever external interrupt EIRQ[5] gets asserted and wakeup the MCU at the assertion of WKUP[2]. But the execution enters into infinite loop since the ME.GS.MTRANS != 0, at the time of transitioning the mode RUN0-> HALT.I am sharing code as attachment and looking forward for you valuable comments.Regards,R.Santhamurthy

Hi everybody,We are currently working on a commercial project for automotive industry. Since we are used to use ST mcus, we want to continue ST's automotive grade mcu. The requirements are listed below;- AEC-Q100 compliant- ASILB or higher level qualification.- At least 2xCAN peripheral- RTC timer- External 32 khz connection option- At least 1 x I2CThe mcu which almost meets that requirements I found is SPC560b50l3 but I am not sure if it is compliant with AEC-Q100 and ASILB or higher qualification. Can you please confirm or recommend another ST mcu?Thanks in advance 

I am facing a trouble with the execute debug your appliacation button. It's always greyed even though I installed PLS debugger and I followed the instruction on help menu. I can see that the PLS debugger is corectly installed but the button is still gray. Any suggestions?

Hi folks,I'm trying to get to know the PMSM motor control code for SPC5. On my setup updating to spc5tudio 5.8.1 has damaged something, and I'm unable to generate or compile the code.The error messages I get are:Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found. Software being installed: SPC56xx Web Motor Control Feature 1.0.0.201807231455 (com.st.spc5.components.spc5rla.spc56xx.webmotorcontrol.feature.feature.group 1.0.0.201807231455) Missing requirement: SPC56xx Web Motor Control Feature 1.0.0.201807231455 (com.st.spc5.components.spc5rla.spc56xx.webmotorcontrol.feature.feature.group 1.0.0.201807231455) requires 'com.st.spc5.components.spc5rla.spc5xx.full.feature.feature.group 1.5.0' but it could not be foundAs far as I can see the SPS56xx RLA's are already installed.Any ideas?Many thanks,

Hi All,I'm new to SPC5 studio. I'm using SPC560P development kit for my project. I need to interface two different sensor to the One SPI (i.e two chip select with one spi). Right now i'm using two spi chip select pins PA5 and PC8. I want to read data from the each sensor in a periodic manner.Please let me know 1. how i can configure this on SPC5 studio 2. how i can toggle between these two sensors. 3. Is it required to initialize SPI for each time to switch between sensors? 4. If not how chip select will work? how it will which one to communicate?Its became a show stopper please help to understand the configurations.Thanks,Basava.

Hi everybody, The last time I asked a question here still is not answered yet. I hope this time I can get an answer. ​​We are using SPC560B50 series mcu, and want to program flash from CANBUS by using boot assist module during mass production. To do that, we placed a pull-up resistor on FAB pin to enter serial boot mode(flexcan). After flash programming is done, mcu jumps to user code by using bootloader command. Problem starts here. In user code watch dog timer is activated, and as I read from forums it is told that if wdt resets mcu, because there is pull-up resistor on FAB pin, it will enter serial boot mode again. This is something we should avoid. Is there any solution for that? Is it possible by playing around boot sectors or boot id. @Community member​ @Erwan YVIN​ can you guys please support me? ​

The SPC563 reference manual contradicts itself by specifying eMIOS[12] on page 454 and eMIOS[10] on page 482. Neither work. Which is the correct channel to use?

I am developing a board that hosts a second board that has an SPC560P mounted. On host board I will have an STM32 mcu and the 2 MCUs are communicating by UART.My goal is to use BAM for loading the progam from into SPC560P. Actually I was able to switch to boot mode and sending the default password but I need more information or examples if available. I asked for SPC5flasher key but I didn't receive any reply.Thank you very much for kind help.Marco

Hi all,Recently we have purchased the SPC58NG-DISP evaluation board. I want to connect it to my laptop to deploy new SW on it using the SPC5Studio.My question is, how to do that? Can I just connect it using the serial board? Or I have to buy another device to do so?!Sorry for this simple question. Hi,I am using SPC560B discovery board .I am using ADC1. The jumpers J4, J7 are shorted to get the internal voltages. But the internal volatge is not constant all the time, there are some variations. Because of that i get variations with the output voltage been calculated.Is there any means to give external reference volatge.Plz provide me inputs regarding this.Thanks&Regards,Srujana

HI, I'm having PEMicro USB-ML debugger and try connecting it with SPC560B-DIS board.But I'm not able to connect with the target. Hi,  I'm using SPC560B54L5 Discovery board.  I'm trying to get serial communication to work at baud rate 115200. And it works well with other baudrate like 9600,38400 and 57600.#define SPC5_PERIPHERAL1_CLK_DIV_VALUE   2U#define SPC5_LINFLEX0_CLK   (SPCGetSystemClock() / SPC5_PERIPHERAL1_CLK_DIV_VALUE)  SPCGetSystemClock() returns 16000000U  I have changed SPC5_PERIPHERAL1_CLK_DIV_VALUE to 1U,2U and 4U but the data received is incorrect in all the case.  Data is transmitted properly but the received data is incorrect.  So how to achieve serial communication at baud 115200? I imported sample code SPC560Bxx_RLA SERIAL Test Application for Discovery.

Hello,I am not able to activate the module entry in Clock Component RLA. Can you please guide me how to do the configuration for sending the uc in standby mode.

I'm experimenting the example SPC560Pxx_RLA PIT Test Application for Discovery.It is simply a 3 led flashing using PIT.Is it possible that the frequency of the example is wrong? It is exactly doubled, instead of 4,2,1 Hzi read 2,1, 0,5 Hz.The quartz on the board is exactly 12 MHz.
