Boot Assist Module for SPC560B50

The last time I asked a question here still is not answered yet. I hope this time I can get an answer.
We are using SPC560B50 series mcu, and want to program flash from CANBUS by using boot assist module during mass production. To do that, we placed a pull-up resistor on FAB pin to enter serial boot mode(flexcan). After flash programming is done, mcu jumps to user code by using bootloader command. Problem starts here. In user code watch dog timer is activated, and as I read from forums it is told that if wdt resets mcu, because there is pull-up resistor on FAB pin, it will enter serial boot mode again. This is something we should avoid. Is there any solution for that? Is it possible by playing around boot sectors or boot id.
