ADC of SPC560B Discovery Board-(internal voltage)

Hi,

I am using SPC560B discovery board .I am using ADC1. The jumpers J4, J7 are shorted to get the internal voltages. But the internal volatge is not constant all the time, there are some variations. Because of that i get variations with the output voltage been calculated.

Is there any means to give external reference volatge.Plz provide me inputs regarding this.
