Hi,I am using your official GUI to read and write registers on the STW81200-EVB.While the GUI initially indicates that it is connected, I am unable to read the Device ID or write any configuration data. You can find logs of your GUI as attachment.Below is a summary of what I have tried and my current suspicions:Steps I Have Tried:Powered the board using:- USB- External power(Switch S1 is switched to A=EXT)Changed the U5 jumper between the 4V5 and VCC positions.Uninstalled and reinstalled both the GUI software and the FTDI driver.Restarted the PC, used different USB ports and cables, and even tested on a second PC.Current Issues:At startup, the GUI displays: "USB connection is OK."Read operations: No errors are shown, but the Device ID is always 0xFF (suggesting an issue with the MISO line).Write operations: An error appears: "Uncorrect device ID... Exiting. Tip: power supply might be disconnected."The 100 MHz clock is present at top right side of the crystal.The Locked LED never turns

We found that the BlueNRG component is not connecting with the ST BLE Drone App.We have verified that the STSW-DRONE001 firmware was successfully uploaded by making some functional changes.Is there any requirement to upload an external driver before uploading the firmware to the board? Are there any recommended troubleshooting methods? 

We are interns, and as part of our internship project, we tried to create a replica of the STEVAL-FCU1V1 board. We are currently at the firmware uploading stage. After uploading the STSW-DRONE001 firmware, we noticed during debugging that our board is not connecting to the ST-BLE Drone mobile app.However, after making some changes to verify if the firmware is functioning correctly, we found that the LEDs are responding as programmed. This confirms that the firmware is being uploaded correctly.The issue is that we are unable to connect the Bluetooth module (BlueNRG-M0A) on our custom board. Can anyone help us with this? Do we need to upload any external Bluetooth drivers or perform any additional configuration?

I am working on a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) application. This is not a device that goes inside of a tire. This will be a device that talks to the TPMS devices inside the tire. I found the SPIRIT1 as a good choice for sub 1 Ghz wireless radios and that is the realm of TPMS.   I am trying to bring together several libraries that support TPMS. There is the main rtl_433 library that has a lot of the code needed to decode the signals once they come from the radio. I am also using a library called RadioLib that does a lot of the setup of chips and such. The part I am getting stuck on is connecting RadioLib to the SPIRIT1 driver source code that ST provides for their chip. If anyone has any experience with TPMS and the SPIRIT1, please let me know if you are willing to help me. Mainly I am looking for sample code to set the SPIRIT1 for TPMS using the ST driver code.

Hi everyone, I am new for STUSB4710A. I connect STUSB4710a STEVAL_ISC004v1 evaluation board to my laptop, through a min b usb cable. when I run the graphic interface en.stsw-stusb001, there is one error: usb error: no target found. please connect first the evaluation board with a usb cable. I powered on / off the device. The software still does not find the STUSB4710A. shall install some drivers? Thanks.

Hi everyone, I met a problem when I measured the current rms value with stpm33 ic.I'm using this IC with resistive loads and other load profiles with low crest factor. But I met a case with a high crest factor load like as SMPS type loads. I collected the momentary current datas from STPM33eval board over SPI lines. And than calculate the RMS current value using with point by point datas. The calculated value asme as real value. I compared the calculated value with true RMS values that are measured with other power analyzers as called as Vitrek PA900 and Schneider PA module. I compared the current values with resistive and refrigerature type loads. They are same for all measurement device. Is it possible to make any mistake when I config the STPM?You can find my measured values and voltage-current graph at below. Hi,How can I capture packets in my mesh on BlueNRG-2 module? How can I know if a module has passed any package to another module? I see packets directed to a specific module, but I don't see being an intermediary in the network.Regards Adam

Hi. I am using two STPM34 on my board, they are separated, UART, SCS, SYN, all of them. I got init issue happens at start-up. I can't detect it. I've applied this Getting started with the STPM3x document procedures and got driver code that provided by STM. Looked the SYN signals with oscilloscope and there is no problem. Sending 3 pulses. Stucks at specific results. Like current 1.73A, voltage 5.69V, power 32768W. What and why occurs?  My schematic; Really I am bored. I couldn't be able get the error, When client gets, stucks at them.

The target device will periodically connect to our device. After successful connection, it will initiate MTU exchange, read request, and write request, and then disconnect. This process is generally OK, but in long-term operation, such as after connecting thousands of times, the GATT service of the device becomes abnormal. We cannot discover any services when using GUI tools to access them. At the same time, we did not find any errors such as gatt_timeout in the logs.At the same time, we conducted some tests, such as when the device receives a read request, if it does not provide read_resp immediately, and the host actively disconnects at this time, our GATT will also encounter an exception.

Hallo, I have in my middlewares BluNRG2 packet.I have this function aci_gatt_add_char that adds a characteristic that has ((uint8_t)CHAR_PROP_NOTIFY)|((uint8_t)CHAR_PROP_READ | CHAR_PROP_INDICATE) as Char_Properties.When this characteristic changes, I use this function aci_gatt_update_char_value_ext and, in Update_Type, I put the value 2 that is for Indication.I'm expecting to receive something in return that this update has been successfull, ma I don't receive any events and also the android application doesn't receive indication event. How to use the indication mechanism? Thank you.The android application sent the Enable indication and I received it. 

hello, as part of a project for a course I'd like to recover the sound intensity in random places. For this, I have 3 steval mksbox1V1 and I use the microphone mp23abs1 to recover the sound intensity in db of an environment. I'd like to place the cards in different rooms in my school and have the card furthest away send its data to the next card, then relay it to the last card and have the last card send all the data to the PC. So to do all this I want to use mesh, and I'd like to know how mesh works on these cards? How do I configure the cubeMX?  

Hello Team,We have a STPM34-EVAL board and we are trying to interface 220V AC with it, Earlier the software worked well and were able to see all correct values, Now voltage seems to be messed up. Hello, It looks like the synthesizer STuW81300 has RF power degradation across frequency (power is +4dBm at 4GHz and -4dBm at 7.5 GHz). We can't reach declared in data sheet +8dBm at RF1_OUT. How we can control RF power for STu81300 e.g. similarly as it is done for ST81200 ? Thanks, Alex

Hi,I've been struggling with this for 2 weeks now so I'm reaching out desperate for help.Our custom PCB uses an STM32U575 and the BLE module is BLUENRG-355MC.I want to use the module in NCP mode. I discovered that this was being called DTM in Wise studio. After spending probably about 3 days getting Wise studio to work (java versions, JNI support etc.), eventually with the JVM bundled with Cube, and getting an openocd connection running via the command line I managed to get DTM onto the chip in a way I could debug both ends.On the MCU end I get back invalid params for many of the HCI commands.So I update to X-CUBE-BLEMGR version 4.0.0 and discover that it seems to insist I using when SPI when I'm using UART for the connection. No UART option in the custom bus for a "user board" etc. So I hack round all that to get it to work with the UART and I try a thing called "Bluetooth Manager" which just seems to be an abstraction of the HCI.During this, and with much googling, I work out that th

I have configured the hardware to use BlueNRG-M2SA(DIO4, DIO5) with STM32L053R8T6 via LPUART1(PB10, PB11). ㅌ The connections are as follows: M2SA DIO4(UART_RXD) <-> CPU PB10(LPUART1_TX) M2SA DIO5(UART_TXD) <-> CPU PB11(LPUART1_RX) RESETN is pulled up to 3.3V via a hardware pull-up   To verify the hardware setup, I set the LPUART1 baud rate to 115200 and sent the HCI_Send_Reset(HCI command) to the M2SA. However, I am not receiving any response. I have confirmed that the LPUART1 transmit/receive functions work correctly when tested separately from the M2SA module. Are there any specific hardware configurations required to enable UART communication with the M2SA? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,I am trying to evaluate S2-LP. I have tried a couple of example codes to make one device send packets and another to received packet. I use default settings, whatever the settings of S2-LP in the projects are. I used the S2-LP DK GUI to ensure that at least the carrier wave strenght is good. Everythin appears to be working just fine until I separate the two devices around 10 meters. At this point the devices stop communicating to each other. Could anyone point out where I am going wrong?Let me know if you need more info.Thanks

Hello,I am creating a Bluetooth app on a custom board. I used the same hardware design as the X-NULCEO-IDB05A2 expansion board, but with the sole difference being that the Bluetooth module I'm using is the BLUENRG-M0L instead of the BLUENRG-M0A (which, to my understanding, is just an internal power supply difference and that is it). I used the SensorBLEDemo project as the base for my code, then brought it up on a separate project to ensure it worked as intended (and it does). However, when I ran the same code on my custom board, the BlueNRG initialization code acts strangely. When the function hci_init() is called, it never leaves the function and, seemingly, gets stuck there. I call for the BlueNRG initialization in my main.c. I've attached my initialization code below. I get stuck on Line 29. I'm unsure where to look to diagnose this, since this is a HCI premade code.
