Configurations :- STM32CubeMX M4-F446RE+ICS43432 micsysclk-168MHz HSE, DMA- circular,SPI2_RX ,half wordI2S2 - half duplex ,master receive mode 32KHz audio frequency USART2 - 9600 B/sPDM2PCM middleware use for conversion..1)Can Anyone suggest is there anything wrong with the configuration? 2) Now how do I acquire the PCM streaming data to print serially over UART?3) And how I interface the BSP package before generating the code in the cubeMX....Thanks in advance.

Hello,Is there any ressource describing the consumption during 10Hz Low-power mode ?On my side I think I can see little peaks each 100ms then one litle larger peak each 2 seconds.Is that the normal behavior ?Is it possible to find a typical consumption curve of the sensor during LowPower mode ?If the 2 second litle larger peak is a particular processing, could it imply a kind of latency before the awaking of the sensor (passing in normal mode, or generating IT), maybe due to the eventual High pass filter ?In advance thanks

Hi,I'm using an ST's digital MEMS microphone in my application. It is connected to an STM32L452 by SPI and the acquired data is stored in an SDCard.My sampling frequency is 32 KHz which means the microphone produces a considerable amount of data. So, I'm wondering if there is anything that I can do to compress this data within the SDCard.Any help would be appreciated

In working with the MotionAC Library, I have the following questions to better understand behaviors.1) We wish to create a Graphical User Interface which indicates the status of the "dynamic" or 6-point tumble calibration, and want to display current calibration status (e.g., which of the steps calibration is currently processing) - as well as when the entire calibration is complete. I undersatnd the "is_calibrated" flag be used to detect when the entire calibration is complete - but is it possible to get more feedback to the user, like how many of the positions have been sattisfied, before all are complete?2) Our sensor fusion rate is 416Hz. Is it possible to run the MotionAC_Update at this high rate? If so, since the update interval is 2.4 milliseconds, and the timestamp to MotionAC_Update is an integer, does the rounding to an integer introduce any problems?  Thanks for any input,scott

MEMS mic -ICS43432+ STM32f4xx nucleo board.i have given a 168MHz HSE clock configuration and used a PDM2PCM middleware too with a 32KHz audio frequency with I2S in master receive mode. and DMA in SPI2_RX DMA1 Stream 3, in the STM32Cube MX.The oscilloscope shows a PDM out generation at a clock of 1.02MHz and I have referred the user manual too of both board and mic. I guess till this portion its correct. I am stuck at the part of PCM samples displaying on the UART?

the noise intensity level print on serially on monitor . from this the threshold has to be set to detect pleasant noise or harmful noises for further coding and analysis.I am stuck at a point in PCM audio data out conversion to dB i.e noise level .Below is a image attached on how I am getting the PCM values in buffer. And I am not sure how to validate whether this is correct or wrong.? and after this if any voice or variations in the mic should be showing alterations in the noise level intensity printing serially.I am a beginner with audio mems mic and audio processing.Please help .this project is on urgent requirement.Thanks in advance.

Hi,I have configured STEVAL-MKI197V1 for Glance recognition as per ST's demo but I am not able to reset the LSM6DSOX to default so I can try other gesture recognition using ML.I was wondering if there is a way within the Unico GUI that I can reset everything to default, thanks in advance.

I have to interface digital mems mic ics43432 with a STM32f4xx nucleo board using stm32cubeMX using the PDM2PCM middleware and when the output of the mic will be PDM. the obtained PDM data has to converted into a PCM and transferred onto an UART . The PCM output samples displayed on UART for a certain time of 10seconds has to be captured and those has to be listened and analyzed ,after that the samples has to be transferred to a SD card . . Can some Experts help me with this. As I am new to development of the STM32 boards? Can somebody explain how does the middleware PDM2PCM work?

Hi, The HSDatalog (High-Speed DataLog) demo application in the STSW-STWINKT1 firmware package for STWIN development kit (STEVAL-STWINKT1) seems to be having some issues, applications hangs after first data collection on SD.I need to reset the device to make the new data collection, where as the older version of the demo application works just fine.Is there any fix for this already? or what changes I need to make in the application? Once I have a .ucf file for the model, I just want to know if we can backtrack to the configs used. This would help in version control and maintenance of the MLC code.

My configuration is:FS: 200g, Threshold interrupt activated for hieZ,hieY,hieZ, Threshold value 1 (ie about 1,6G at FS 200G)High pass filter set on OUTPUT and INT1Then I loop, reading int1 src register and 3 axes accelerationthey varie on each channel from -0,5 to 0,5 G (assuming it's "noise" at FS 200G with a static device)But each time the acceleration on a channel is negative each time the IA bit in INT1 SRC is set with the corresponding X,Y or Z High bit set ?Here is a typical exemple:RAW accs value read are: 48,48,-48 (about 293 mG in absolute value for each channel)and int1 src says: XL, YL, ZH and of course IAWhy ? Hi,We are currently evaluating the possibility of using the LSM6DSO and LPS22HH with the MotionFD library, to detect when our product has been dropped from height (up to 9 meters).One of our requirements is that the product always monitors for fall events even when the main MCU is off/standby. I cannot decide which one to use in my application, which is a portable radar fixed to the back of a vehicle. My only requirement is that its orientation is correct when first put in place. Will the LIS2DH12 suffice. I do know that the LIS2DW12 has better resolution, lower operating and sleep current, better sensitivity, higher frequency response. But I'm not sure if I need all the improvements it offers which come at a premium.

Assembly of the device is extremely tricky since the terminals are all hidden from view and one can never be sure of the correct alignment. Also the terminal 1 is marked only through a notch on the terminal 1 and the dot on the top surface isnt visible.

Hello all, I have a problem when I try to use VL53L0X GUI application: it doesn't recognize the NUCLEO-L476RG board. First, I install STSW-LINK007 and STSW-LINK009 as manual says.

The 1 bit PDM data output should be converted to a 16 bit PCM data format using this and what peripherals should be used in STM32cubeMX and the obtained PCM should be converted into .wav file and display it on UART/USARTWhat is the process could anyone please elaborate? please help Thanks in advance.
