Hi Usualy I see terms called pushpull configuration,open drain, pull up ,pull down and so on.what are the difference between them

Hi all I made a little program under arduino IDE (but I write directly into the registers), in order to test the command of WS2812b chips via the SPI1 MOSI pin : It worked perfectly with older BluPill boards I have got.Tried the same thing with BluePill + from WeAct  official store , it does not work. Hello. I am researching for development of a multi channel digital tv tuner. I have found chips like maxlinear puma 7, broadcom's BCM3390, and STMicroelectronics' STiD325.It seems this part number is not available when searching for it on the st website. Was it abandoned, or did it fail vs the competition ? I can't find it in any actual producs, but some stock appears to be available here:https://www.worldwayelec.com/pro/stmicroelectronics/stid325/14062932So I am guessing this might be a dead end for development, since there's most likely no devkit/software available ? Broadcom appear to only work with its big partners, so that leaves just Maxlinear as a possibility ?Are there any other such chips ?Thanks.

Hello Forum members,I am using ST M41T01 RTC in one of my products. I observed a strange behavior when I remove the coin cell and other power to the RTC. I configured the RTC for today's time, say 10 Jun 2025 and kept it running for an hour. It was working fine. Later I removed all types of power sources to the RTC - coin cell, DC power supply and there is literally no power to the RTC chip. I kept it for few hours @ 12 hours overnight and later next day (11 Jun 2025) applied power to the RTC chip. What I observed is the RTC started with same date as 10 Jun 2025 which should start with default values. I checked RTC datasheet but could not locate the default values for date/time registers. Can anyone provide the information on default values for different registers of M41T01 RTC?Thanks in advance for your any help.Best Regards,Suhas.

Currently, we have developed a USB HUB Board.When we manufactured 5EA for the first time, it worked normally. (Current: 50mA)When we manufactured 10EA for the second time, 5EA worked normally, and 5EA had overcurrent. (Overcurrent: 450mA)After analyzing the difference between the two boards, we found that all parts except for one part were from the same lot, and that one part was STL140N4LLF5.When we swapped the STL140N4LLF5 part, the FET that caused the overcurrent occurred, so the overcurrent is occurring.I purchased the two parts from Digi-Key and Mouser, and I would like to know what the difference is.Thank you.

Hi everybody!I´m repairing a big ClassD amplifier from the 90s and I needed to replace four old TSD4M250V mosfet isotop modules. I tried with modern parts (IXFN140N20P from IXYS), without fails or smoke troubles, but they not working correctly (the control board says "overcurrent fault", probably because they are giving more output current than spected). Now I bought the (supposed) originals from https://www.IC-Components.com and they arrived. They look too modern, too shiny and have with a totaly different aspect. My first impression was of course that they are counterfeit parts. But I really don´t know when ST stops the production...
