STM32 MPUs Software development tools

I’m working on a project with the STM32MP157F-DK2 Discovery kit, I’m exploring the possibility of integrating GSM for internet access.Has anyone successfully implemented GSM connectivity on the STM32MP157F-DK2? If so, could you share your experience, including the hardware setup, GSM module used, and any software configurations or drivers required?I’d appreciate any insights or guidance on how to proceed.

I have used the cube programmer to load fsbl1, fsbl2 and fip.bin onto DDR3 from forced uart boot mode. I am trying to execute the loaded files from RAM itself and get access to the u-boot console.The files i have used were taken from the build directory of core-image-minimal build that was created using yocto.Ive attached the .tsv file i used for the cube programmer.Does anyone know how to make u-boot rub from the RAM?? Hello, I am following the wiki article: https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/STM32MP25_Evaluation_boards_-_Starter_Package, in order to bring up the STM32MP257F-EV1 Development board and I am unable to run the STM32_Programmer_CLI when trying to boot the board. I am able to run it when in my home directory but that's it. The instructions in section 2.1 in the wiki article don't seem to work and I am unsure if I am doing it wrong. Here are the paths to the CLI and the Starter-Package respectively:STMicroelectronics/STM32Cube/STM32CubeProgrammer/bin/STM32_Programmer_CLI /STM32MPU-Ecosystem-v5.1.0/Starter-Package/stm32mp2-openstlinux-6.1-yocto-mickledore-mpu-v24.06.26/images/stm32mp2Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hello, I am using Hyper-V as my VM, since I am on windows, and trying to bring up the STM32MP257F-EV1 development board. I have verified the programmer is installed correctly and have verified that Hyper-V's enhanced mode is running but every time I run the command STM32_Programmer_CLI -l usb it says "No STM32 device in DFU mode connected" I have been following the guide: STM32MP25 Evaluation boards - Starter Package - stm32mpuIs there anything additional I should be doing that I am missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Hello, I am trying to set up an ST link on the Cubeprogrammer, but whenever I try it gives me an error which states: "Error: No STM32 target found! If your product embeds Debug Authentication, please perform a discovery using Debug Authentication". I am able to boot it in UART but not ST link and research on how to do this has run dry. Any help on how to do this Debug Authentication would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi all.I'm working through the lab material for the STM32MP1 workshop and have run into a snag after following the "extra hands on" presentation "Lab-MP15_FromPartNumber_To_BasicDeviceTree_with_CubeMx.pdf". When I try to use JTAG connect to MPU, the watchdog will reset whole system.Early, I have this post Solved: System reset during kernel debug - STMicroelectronics Community. With you suggested solution I'm able to disable Watchdog. Now I have time to play with this board again.Could STM release a new version which has disabled wathdog in security firmware, loader and Linux???or someone can have a detail step for how to disable it.all the early answer are "could try this " "could you try that".  but all are failed at my side.I hope I can get a guideline or new release which is verified. Watchdog may not provided any help for our DIY project, but just trouble.

Hello, I am trying to boot a Hi-Speed USB Device application using the STM32MP135F-DK by loading it from an SD card to DDR3, but it is not working. To investigate the issue, I am trying to boot CDC_Standalone that is included in STM32Cube_FW_MP13_V1.1.0 by loading it from an SD card to DDR3, but it is not going well too. Hello,  I recently purchased the STM32MPU135F-DK and is having an issue with connecting to the discovery kit using the STM32CubeProgrammer Version 2.16.0.  It looks like when i try to connect the STM32MPU135F-DK, I get this "Cannot Access Port 0!!!" (Please see picture attached). I have never seen this issue before with any of my STM32 discovery kits.Can you please tell me how to fix this issue?

Hello everyone,I got a yocto build from scratch using yocto/open-embedded/meta-st-stm32mp. Everything is smooth. I can root the kernel while standing. I can establish an ssh connection. Everything is perfect.But I want to create an SDK after the kernel compilation I received. In the next step, I will integrate the SDK I created into cubeide and start developing code. But when I say "bitbake -c populate_sdk core-image-minimal" I get the following error. I've been struggling with this error all day and couldn't solve it. Does anyone have an idea? Sincelery

Hello,I am developing using the OpenSTLinux Ecosystem 4.1 Distribution package.  And I generate "SDK by bitbake -c populate_sdk st-image-core", and obtained the SDK (I think it is the same to the Developer Package offererd by st.com). After that, I run the xxx.sh file inside the deploy/sdk path and finally installed it into /opt directory. Hello everyone,I made a yocto based build using stm32mp1. After compiling, I followed these steps: I created 5 different partitions in the SD card. Hello everyone,I am an avid petalinux user. I know that STM32MP1 has had a big place in the market for many years. But I've never had to use it before. I want to use this in a project right now. And I'm a little confused about where to start. I have a few questions; 1) What exactly is openstLinux? Is it something like petalinux distribution? 2) Let's say I compile an stm32mp1 project with yocto. I couldn't find any information about how to import the resulting image files into cubeide? 3) Which of the dtb files created with cubemx should I use? 4) When I select cubeide and the mp1 family from the project opening and say "setup openstlinux", I get a manifest version error.
