We use the accelerometer and gyroscope channels of an LSM6DSV32X for measuring movement parameters of a mechanical system. During some tests we observed artifacts in the gyroscope channel that we cannot explain.Configuration:The LSM6DSV32X is connected via SPI and run in Continuous FIFO mode. Hello,I tried to follow instructions in UM3233 - Getting started with MEMS Studio Chapter 7.17 Algobuilder - Creating your first design. As a target I have NUCLEO-F401RE + X-NUCLEO-IKS02A1 + ISM330IS.The building process finished without any error, just one warning:warning: STM32F4xx-Nucleo-Project.elf has a LOAD segment with RWX permissionsProgramming target was successful.After programming I tried to connect to the board. A COM port is displayed but trying to connect leads to "Board not identified".I checked in the Device Manager and the COM port belongs to the correct target "STMicroelectronics STLink Virtual CAM Port (COM4)".Any idea what the issue might be?  

Hi. I have two LPS25HB on PCB board. After I cooling them with room air, they show signifacant drop in pressure readings. Do they have full temperature compensation? Are compensation registers protected from accidental erasure?

Hello,I having an issue with the LSM6DSL. It's doesn't trigger interruptions on INT1 or INT2.I'm working with the STM32WB10CC and I'm connected through SPI to the LSM6DSL. Hello experts, I'd like to ask about lsm6dsv16x OIS gyro data thru SPI2.I could successfully read OIS gyro data thru UI, but I couldn't do it thru SPI2.I checked Mode 3 self test part in lsm6dsv16x  app note, but still I got failed.Could you give some more hints or example code for lsm6dsv16x OIS gyro data thru SPI2? Hi @Federica Bossi, I bought MKI109 and 227KA and checked STMems_Standard_C_drivers-master, but couldn't find exact OIS example. Would you please briefly let me know how to enable it? Thank you.

Greetings I am reaching out to inquire about the direct programming of the LSM6DSOX chip. I recently acquired the STEVAL-MKI197V1 adapter board, which I have connected to my PC via the STEVAL-MKI109V3 board. I am interested in calculating features on the chip and then sending them to my PC via USB. I want to directly programming the chip to enable this capability. Additionally, I am interested in the possibility of reprogramming the MLC chip to run a small neural network. My intention is to utilize this neural network for feature extraction, while classification will be handled externally. The neural network would therefore be relatively simple. Thank you for your answers.

Hi everyone,I was reading the data from the OUTX/Y/Z_L_A and OUTX/Y/Z_H_A registers. I noticed that if the actual acceleration is some non-zero value, the data will be fine. However, if the accelerometer is stationary, the horizontal axises (which are supposed to  read 0g data) read a value near to 2g or -2g. Here is the example:  As you can see in the diagram, the y and z axises shows some reasonable values for their components of gravity, the horizontal x axis keeps changing from -2g to 2g but not shows the correct reading(0g).Does someone have any clues about this?  

Hi,I am working on interfacing an STM32F405 with the ASM330lhh and have been able to utilize both I2C and SPI communication to the chip. I am able to turn on and read the accelerometer and temperature as well as the status bit become 0x05 but trying to turn on the gyroscope with and without the accelerometer already activated I get no status bit and no data is outputted via the gyro's registers.I am writing 0x11,0x60 to turn on the gyro and reading the registers starting at 0x22. one thing to note is that when turning on the gyroscope while using I2C the entire line breaks after modifying the register, on SPI this doesn't happen but there is no change in the gyro data.

I'm using ASM330LHH chip, I'm using the SPI communication method, when I initialize the write to these registers, I confirm that it has been written, I go to read the STATUS_REG register, and I find that it has always been 0, and then I go to read the values in the acceleration register, and I find that these values have not changed, what is the problem?

 Hello All,My new sensor tile box STB011147 not responding yet all even connected USB power source to it's not responding, I checked the battery was connected, however when I pressed power button no LED are turning on. please let me know how to resolve this issue. 

How would I go about reading data from gyroscope and accelerometer of lsm6dsox IMU in the STEVAL_MKI197V1 that is connected to PC via STEVAL_MKI109V3 motherboard WITHOUT the need to use software like Unico-GUI?  Preferably I would like to have the data be sent to a Putty terminal via the USB that is used for communication between STEVAL_MKI109V3 and PC. Thanks for all help in advance.

What is the type of internal (mechanical) structure of LSM6DSO32 gyro sensor? (a photo of the internal structure would be beneficial). The reviewer asked us about this during the review process, and we couldn't find such information in the manual. Best regards,Dominik Sierociuk

hi. I attended a workshop a few weeks ago and had no difficulties using MEMs studio with my X-NUCLEO-IKS4A1.  I needed to move to a new computer and I went through the download process again for MEMS studio and my board (above) is not shown as supported.  The version I d/l'd is newer than the one on the old computer. I feel like I'm missing something obvious .. where do I add support for a missing board?Thanks,-Rich

By "raw QVAR signal," I mean the data that has not been processed by the FSM, and not the tap or double tap, which serves only as an interrupt.Below are the steps I have followed so far and the inconsistencies I encountered:1. When connecting the board to the PC, the software immediately recognizes it, and using the provided DataLogExtended binary, I can select the devices of interest, including the LSM6DSV16X IMU for QVAR signal acquisition.2. Hi,Our customer is integrating LSM6DSM and LSM6DS3TR sensors with QCM2150 platform and stuck in production. This requires Qualcomm SSC architecture driver and configuration for LSM6DSM and LSM6DS3TR , so that we can integrate it into ADSP firmware.Could you please share the below details.How to get SSC driver for LSM6DSM and LSM6DS3TR series sensors.Is there any license required to get SSC architecture driver ?Appreciate quick help or pointers to resolve this.Thanks.
