hi community,           i had been working for a while on AEK-AUD-C1D9031 with CAN protocol and everything is working fine. but when i was working with open load of the speaker. in MUTE mode CAN message is working fine but in the PLAY mode the CAN message is not UPDATED, even the structure is also not UPDATED.         can any know the reason behind it.regardsshiva

Hello,I'm trying to start new project which is AVAS PRJ with SPC582B. So, I'm studying it with ST EVK like below.Anyway, When I check pin mode in AutoDevKitStudio, I don't understand exaclty the meaning of pin modes(MODE_IO/MODE_GPI/MODE_OUTPUT/MODE_INPUT/MODE_PI/MODE_EIRQ) like below red circle. Could you let me know about the pin modes??Thanks, 

Hi everyone, I've created a library and placed it in the directory /source/driver/. The library consists of the following files: source/driver/VN9d30Q100.h source/driver/VN9d30Q100.c The problem I'm encountering is that when I try to use a function from this library in my main.cpp file, I get an "undefined reference" error for the function VN9D30Q100_Init(). I've ensured that the header and source files are correctly written, and I believe the issue lies in how I'm compiling and linking these files in SPC5 Studio. Can anyone guide me on how to properly include these files in my project settings, or if there's something else I'm missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance,Lucifer

Hello,The chip I am currently using is SPC560P50L3, I need a unique MCU ID for calculation, but I checked the MCU ID registers of the two chips and found that the information is the same, MIDR1=0x56042416, MIDR2=0xA8005011. is this normal?Or if there is any other unique ID for this chip, please let me know, Thanks. 

Dear community members, My board is AEK-MCU-C4MLIT1 and I have two problem: 1. When I use UDE STK to debug the example SPC58ECxx_RLA Test Application for Discovery, my board blink the test LEDs but when I connect the UART with my board (I've tried with both baud 9600 and 115200) but it displays non-readable symbols. Moreover, the debugger also display the message that "The instruction pointer could not be set to value 0x400a8030, the value reread is 0xFFF...". All the problems of this first question is depicted in the figure below:2. Then I moved to openOCD to test (already uninstalled Pls driver and Install UDESTK driver instead), I got an error message: "Illegal instruction fetched at address 0x400a8030. Memory corrupted or target reset?". Those pictures below reveal the error message and all the debug config setting that I config in my project:****************Driver installed and Debug config:  Any help would be very much appreciated.TH.

Hi, If you are getting this kind of error when you try to run your OpenOCD in AutoDevKit Studio 2.2.1: Then most probably you have not updated the search path of the config files. From main AutoDevKit menu, select Run > Debug Configurations   In the new window, select “GDB OpenOCD Debugging” drop down and the “SPC582Bxx_RLA AutoDevKit Studio generic” entry. On the right hand-side, please choose the tab “Debugger”     The issue is in the “Config options” field. The path present should be identical to your installation path. If you did not change anything from the installation default, the correct path should be:   C:\AutoDevKitStudio-2.2.1\openocd\scripts   If you installed under other path, please put the correct installation path. Repeat the same procedure for all the generic AutoDevKit Studio per type of microcontroller. I looked at the routine of SPC582B60E1! In the routine, pressing a button can use the callback function that interrupts the button to light up the LED light, but I have a question: how can I turn off the already lit LED light when I release the button? Hello All, We have designed our own custom PCB using SPC582Bxxx, and we have assembled the controller and other circuit board. Now we would like to flash the our sample into custom device and test the same. For flashing the code we followed the UDESTK debugger connected to custom board JTAG debugger (Connected Custom JTAG and UDESTK JTAG). Using UDE software tool try to load the firmware on custom hardware, We could able to load firmware to board but the custom board after reset is not booting up.  Can any one help us how to load the firmware and bring up the custom hardware step by step.  Urgently need solution to this!!  Please get to us with your help Thank and RegardsRohit R

Hello! I bought 2 AEK-MCU-SPC5LNK debuggers to download the program for the AEK-MOT-MR200G1 development board! But during use, a prompt as shown in the following picture will appear! I don't know if it's a device issue or something! The AEK-MOT-MR200G1 development board uses the controller chip SPC582BE1! And I observed that AEK-MCU-SPC5LNK only has 3 LED lights lit up after plugging in the USB harness! They are POWER, The three LED indicator lights LED1 and LED2 are on! But the eLNK LED never lit up! What's going on? Can you tell me? Thank you!

Whenever I press retry, my board flashed a green LED D5. I upload the log file as well as device manager and error pics. Please help me.Any help would be very much appreciated.TH. 

hi 1. on AEK-AUDC1D9031 there is SPC582B60E1 MCU with 1 Mb flash.2. i want to more wav files to play. but SPC582B60E1 is has only 1MB.3. so that i want to know how to integrate the extra memory to the  AEK-AUDC1D9031 board.4. how to connect external memory and flash that memory and how to PLAY sound files with respective to the external memory.

hi community,                      I am using the "Avas Compact - Test Application" example code which is provided in the AUTODEVKIT.  I had extended that example code with PIT (the frequency is 1sec). after adding the PIT the WAV files are playing with horrible noise. can anyone explain what is the ISSUE. Hear i am using  4ohm 5watts  speaker. regardsshiva

Hello everyone! I would like to ask about the DSPI baud rate setting for the SPC582BE1 microcontroller. As shown in the following figure, when using the SPC5828XX-RLA DSPI Test Application for Discovery routine, I found that the default setting for Baud Rate Prescaler is PRE5 and Baud Rate Divider is DIV2 The Baud Rate (Bit/s) is 8000000, and I used a logic analyzer to collect the SCK signal line of DSPI and found it to be 1.25MHz! I would like to ask how did this 1.25MHz come about? Can you tell me?

Hi community,I have implemented AVAS, I am getting the output as expected but with one issue that even after I stop communication in the CANoe , I am getting the sound continuously.I wanted to know two things1. Do we have any API that stops the sound just after stopping the communication in CANoe?2. I thought of using the timeout functions that gets called after some time after stopping the communication so for this I wanted to know do we have any API or do we have any configuration settings? Thanks,Aishwarya UM  

I am programming SPC582Bxx-RLA WKPU Test Application for Discovery using the SPC582860E1 development board! Hey there,i'm trying to get a higher Baudrate for UART on the SPC582B. The datasheet says that i have to set the oversampling rate to 6, to get a maximum Baudrate of 13.33.to set the Oversampling i should set the bits in the UARTCR register, for CSP, OSR and ROSE. The thing is, by the low level functions, i can just only write in the Bits 16 to 31.i have found the true registers for it, it is in the spc582b.h, but as i said the low level functions doesn't use it. therefore should i initialize the UART bus on a different way to use it, that the low level functions are using the normal 32bit registers ?these are the normal ones    

Hello,I am trying to debug a code that are running in core0 and core1. I inserted a breakpoint inside main_core0() and main_core1() infinite loop, but the debugger does not stop on breakpoints. In the core2 the debugger stops on breakpoint.I am sure that those codes are running because the LEDs that should be blinking by those codes, they are blinking.I am using a SPC58NH-DISP board and the new AEK-MCU-SPC5LNK dongle configured to OpenOCD protocol.
