I am a novice in firmware development so please forgive my lack of knowledge and experience with this system.I am trying to obtain audio data at a lower frequency. Right now I can create wav files with a sampling frequency of 8k, but I want to go lower to 4k. I'am using X Nucleo IKS01A3 and working on algobuilder . when I finish the function blocks and see the graphs on GUI unicleo I get the same graphs for both calibrated and non calibrated accelerometer and gyroscope and magnetometer can you help to find the right blocks for calibration?

Hello,I want to realise a project with the STM32 Nucleo F767ZI Development Board where i need to sample audio data from 8 MEMS Microphones. Since the board only features 4 DFSDM filters but 8 input channels i need to multixplex them. What i already know is that i can use the Injected Conversion mode and group my channles (ch0 and ch1 to filter 1 etc.).I already tried to configure the Injected Conversion mode but it didn't work. I was able to start the filter and get a single value but after that the callback function was not called anymore(As far a i know there is no continious mode so i need to trigger a conversion manually). So i tried to start the conversion again by the "HAL_DFSDM_FilterInjectedStart_DMA(&hdfsdm1_filter0, audioData ,BLOCK_SIZE)" function but it just returnd HAL_ERROR. My question is how exactly i can start the conversion by software? Does software trigger mean that i need to start the conversion with the "HAL_DFSDM_Fil

My journey with microcontrollers just have started a few months ago. I've bought an NUCLEO-L476RG board and an STEVAL-MKI179V. I've started by doing simple things as turnning on LEDs and send messages through serial port using HAL code.Now I want to acquire data from my accelarometer and send it by serial port, or doing plots with that. However, I've no ideia from where should I start. I've already used cubeMX to generate LIS2dw12 drivers, but I did not find any good examples which uses this generated code. Playing around with the sensortile and the senortile box has been fun. However I wanted to go beyond the given firmware packs and even combine a few of them (BLE, AI and MOTION firmware packs) to build a project for my own application.I am pretty new to all of this and was wondering if it was possible to create custom firmware packs using the STM32CubeMX platform and if so are there any tutorials on how to do so for the sensortile or the sensortile box.My plan was to use CubeMX to include all the middleware and libraries that would be needed for my project and then use the CubeIDE to write the main code of the project.For my project I wanted to use the MotionFX library to collect features from 4 different nodes and have each of them send their data to a master computer or app using the BLE library. Do you think that this approach would be too complicated for a beginner and it would be better to use the given firmware packs and

Hello All,I have been planning on a project around the sensortile box. For this project I wanted to use multiple sensortile box modules and have each of them send their heading directions via bluetooth to a master PC or a HUB.I am aware of the FP-SNS-ALLMEMS function pack that has an E-compass mode amongst other things. However I am not sure how I can use this library to send only the heading direction of each sensortile. I was hoping that someone could provide me some guidance on where to start and what libraries or resources may be useful for my project.Any tips or help would be much appreciated.Thanks in Advacne,VRao1

Hello All,I recently came across the MotionFX library as part of the FP-SNS-ALLMEMS2 function pack and was delighted to find all additional functionality that could be added to the Sensortile box. While the above mentioned function pack is amazing I would like to use only certain libraries within it mainly the MotionFX library. My plan so far was to use the BLE sample app found in the FP-SNS-STBOX1 which serves as a blank slate and add the functionality from the MotionFX library to this app.This brings me to the title of this post. Does anyone know which libraries and/or middleware I need to import from the ALLMEMS2 function pack to the STBOX1 function pack and how would I go about doing so.Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Hi,I was wandering how the FIFO works in terms of reading and writing data at the same time. While I am reading the FIFO, what happens with the new data that is generated from the accelerometer? Am I losing this data, or is it stored in the FIFO again?

So I wanted to use the X-CUBE-MEMS1 library for the SensorTile module but noticed that the projects were made for the IKS01A1 and the IKS01A2 boards. Which one of these projects/boards would I need to select for the SensorTile application?

As I read from data-sheet, for I2C interface, I need to connect CS_XL & CS_MAG to VDD. Do I need to connect them to Digital Pins to able to switch between Accelerometer and Compass. Could you please check my schematic and confirm is it correct to use both accelerometer and compass in terms of the connection.Looking forward to hearing from you.Best,Serdar

Hi,​We have tested our custom LSM303AGR board with MC and EC Libraries that ST provides. We see that our degree calculations accuracy is within +/- 4 degree. That is, we have degree which has deviation of 4 degree when it is stationary. We see that we need some calibration to improve its perfomance. How can we do that? I see your UNICLUEO program which is mentioned in UM2192. Do we have to use that program with our custom board for calibration? We have no issue with power consumption. We just need to achieve maximum measurement performance. For this, do you recommend any specific register configuration?Best regards.​

Pin 3 which is reserved should be grounded according to the data sheet but was left floating on our boards. May this be the cause of SPI issues? Regardless of what we read or write, we see LPS25HB output 0xff11 on SDO. LPS25HB outputs data on falling edge of SCL, so the device seem to be somewhat alive.
