Hello,i am Interfacing a module (Radiomaster Ranger Micro) to my MCU (STM32F411) using the UART Interface, but this module has only one Hard-Pin for both TX and RX.Sending packages from the MCU to the module is working already well.Now i want to receive packages from it.I searched the net for a solution and readed that i may use a gate switch (NAND, OR, …) or even MUX, DEMUX.I want to write here and ask for some advices which is the better.I do not want that the MCU heat it self so i want to connect only TX to the module for sending and only RX to the module when receiving.Thanks in advance.

Hi All,There is any problem if VBAT powered before VDD? (VBAT is another supply that feeds from Battery with LDO ) I deep dive all the datasheet and didn't find any reminder about it.

Hi all i used LTDC hardware inside the STM32f429 discovery board to drive an external 24 bit RGB display in 16 bit mode . full GUI is designed in LVGL library , I was able to build it and flash it. I got the output on the display but with few issues . 1.the update speed of the GUI elements are way too slow , so I cant update it real time 2.I am not getting a precise output .some pixels are lost,  3.can I change the horizontal animation happening when changing the screen 4.How to use DMA2D to copy pixel data to framebuffer 5.I'll put the output image so you can see the color issue , i am not getting pure white its like a red/pink  tinted screen from my view LVGL  ver-8.3.11 the label is white and arc background color is grey, but this is what I am getting

I’m working on a project with an STM32F4 microcontroller and using the I2C bus to connect multiple sensors. Everything works initially, but after some time the communication becomes unstable, returning random values or causing the I2C bus to hang. I have tried lowering the clock speed and checking pull-up resistors, but the issue persists.Has anyone experienced similar issues with I2C on STM32F4 or found a recommended configuration or hardware fix?Any guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated. why more than one STM32 SPI Slave connect to master means More SS need ?

I am currently working on a project using the STM32F401RE Nucleo board interfaced with a 3.5-inch TFT SPI display (ILI9488 driver). I am facing an issue where the display does not show any output, even though the backlight turns on and the code uploads successfully without errors.I have already checked the SPI connections, power supply, and display initialization code, but the screen still  remains blank. I would like to kindly request your guidance or any reference materials/libraries that can help me correctly configure and test the display with STM32CubeIDE.If possible, I would appreciate help with:Correct SPI configuration for ILI9488Required GPIO pin mapping (DC, RESET, CS, etc.)A working example code or initialization sequenceAny known issues or recommended libraries for STM32F4 + ILI9488Your support will greatly help me continue my project. Heyho,after some *** CAN beginner mistakes on my side, I got the FDCAN BRS 8 Mbit working.Or so I thought. It's only working between my custom boards, as I found out after connecting a Kvaser Leaf v3.With the Kvaser (directly connected to the board's D-sub, termination on, signals on the scope look good (enough)) and BRS on, it only works with max 2 Mbit, and only if the Kvaser's bit timing is set below 70% sampling point.So far I played with changes to TDC, sampling point, SJW, and all bit timings (checked the Kvaser timing website).Any ideas welcome!

I have Segger Portable Flasher Plus and U-Flash application used to program STM32F777BI and it runs softly but when trying to download code to external flash I can not find where to point to external flash or where to add the flashing algorithm of external flash as it is custom with different pinout connections to microcontroller than standard ones. Hello everyone,I’m new to STM32 development and I’m trying to set up a simple test using the STM32H753 with an OV5640 camera module.My goal is to capture frames from the OV5640 and send them over USB to view them on my laptop — just to verify that the camera is working and capturing images correctly.I’ve gone through various online examples and references, but most of them are either for different STM32 families or for other camera sensors. Hi,I'm configuring MicroROS on the STM32F767ZI, but I want to set up a connection with the MicroROS agent using the Ethernet connection on the Nucleo F767ZI board.I followed the guide at this link (see section UDP https://github.com/micro-ROS/micro_ros_stm32cubemx_utils/tree/jazzy?tab=readme-ov-file#udp  but I'm having trouble fixing main.c.I understand that I need to enable ETH and LWIP, but I can't fix main.c using the sample_main_udp.c and sample_main_embeddedrtps.c files. I'm attaching the project so you can see the files.Note: I started by configuring usart3 and then regenerated the code, excluding usart3, adding ETH, and configuring LWIP in the middleware.

Good morning, so we are currently doing research; however, we recently switched microcontroller to the STM32 G431RB Nucleo board, and currently, there is an issue on how to read the Hall sensor frequency using Simulink. We already have done this using textual code; however, Simulink is needed for this research for further improvement and autonomous prediction.Currently, I have configured Timer 1 to generate a PWM of 26 Hz with a prescaler value of 169 and a counter value of 99, and configured Timer 3 to read the frequency by setting only the prescaler of the channel to be 169, and the channel is one. (the microcontoller clock is 170 Mhz and so is the timers)In Simulink, I configured the PWM, which was observed in the oscilloscope to be fine. I tried creating I2C connection between my stm32 board and esp32. I assume it is not working because of my code, due to the wiring being so simple in I2C communication, the pull up resistor is connected externally. Do you guys see any mistake in my code that could make my I2C to not work?  I cannot figure out why it would not work.
