Hi,I work with STM32F412ZG processor. I have also external LSE. I have the next problem related to STOP mode. There are some scenarios we want the processor to go to sleep for x hours. The processor goes to sleep for 5 seconds, doing some job and return to sleep for 5 seconds and so on in infinite loop till it is broke by interrupt or if time elapsed( the x hours ). The problem: from time to time the CPU is stuck at STOP MODE!!! Hello,What are physical conditions to get bkpsram in stm32f405 changed?I got cases, that during controller work vbat domain sram was changed.I don't know if whole memory was changed. I'm using some part of it, but also rtc memory was changed. Where after power loss rtc registers gets defaults values. In this case, they also gets a random values.Can you please point me to something?

After finding that the stm32u5 series seemed perfect for my application I discovered it does not have an FMC SDRAM controller.This leaves me in a strange position for my application where the stm32h5 doesn't have HS USB and the stm32u5 doesn't have an SDRAM controller. Will there be an stm32u5 model in the future with FMC SDRAM support?Thanks.

Hi,Currently we are using STM32 CAN bootloader to program the flash. All was fine until we use this batch of STM32F405 RGT6 with bootloader ID V3.1.We can not even use STLINK-V3SET and stm32cubeprogrammer to get communicate to this batch of chip. Really strange. Maybe fake chips?While the early batch with bootloader ID V9.1 can communicate smoothly.What is the different with this two batches? Hi, I need to use the MCP79410 rtc (or alikes: DS1307, PCF8583, etc) but the STM32CubeIDE I2C seems that can't handle the read/write protocol for these devices. I'm working with an existing CAN network on which I want to read a msg, modify it slightly and rebroadcast.I'm running into an issue where the code seems to crash/freeze if I broadcast the new message too close to the original one thats on the network.Inside HAL_CAN_RxFifo0MsgPendingCallback() I listen for the msg I want to modify and do a HAL_CAN_AddTxMessage() call as soon as it arrives with the updated msg data.  This seems to be working fine.  I then want to repeat identical msg just before the next time the original msg is broadcast on the network which is on a 30ms interval.  I use HAL_GetTick() to track when the last msg was received inside HAL_CAN_RxFifo0MsgPendingCallback() and then in the main while(1) loop again I use HAL_GetTick() to count down the ms to just before the next msg is expected to be and do a HAL_CAN_AddTxMessage() with the custom data.  This seems to be working fine un

When I sent an SPI commnad to get the status from an SPI NAND, an extra clock was sent by the STM32F4.I chedked the waveform with a logic analyzer.An 8-bit command was sent to D0.An 8-bit address was sent to D0.There were 9 clocks sent by the controller to get data from D1.I expected only 8 clocks.The behavior of the SPI slave or SPI NAND was correct. Hey community, I was working on some production scripts for our H5 based boards and got myself locked out.This occured after trying to set the obk file. STM32_Programmer_CLI -c port=SWD ap=1 -sdp=<wrong_obk_path> I got a corresponding warning "Error: The sdp option you trying to set is missing the obk filepath" which makes sense but I still continued to set the PRODUCTION_STATE to closed with the next command.As I did not use a valid obk file I can not execute the regression now using my password binary file.Any chance I can recover my device?Thanks,Tobias

Hi,  I set it to GPIO Input mode and am using it. When I receive any signal during MCU operation, I want to convert it to Input -> EXTI mode. I wrote these codes at the moment, but there seems to be a problem. Hello everyone,I am working with the STM32F072RBT6 Discovery board, where the board is configured as an SPI slave while another device acts as the master. I am utilizing DMA to receive and transmit data through two SPI interfaces (SPI1 and SPI2).Currently, I have successfully implemented data reception and transmission, but I am experiencing a continuous shift in the transmitted and received data. My goal is to achieve simultaneous data reception and transmission using DMA. The communication is initiated by the master when the CS (Chip Select) pin transitions from high to low.My questions are:Is it possible to receive and transmit data simultaneously using DMA in SPI on the STM32F072RBT6?What strategies or configurations should I consider to prevent the shifting of data in the transmission and reception process?Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!Thank you!

Hi friends. With using STM32U535 microcontroller, i plan to make a project. The project includes 3.6V battery cell. We read adc values when this battery cell supplies the microcontroller. When the battery voltage decreases, the reference voltage should not be altered. Because of this situation, i think i need a vref pin on microcontroller. If i am not wrong, this microcontroller does not have vref pin for this purpose. Do you have any recommendation for me about this situation?

HI, AS mentioned in Reference Manual (RM0399) we can configure Four mac addresses. We are trying to configure four MAC's in stm32h745 ,we have configured two mac address successfully ,and we are unable to configure the remaining two mac addresses.so please help us in this regards.

Please let me know if there are any hardware or sofware specifics for connecting TCXO to the STM32G474 series? What should pay special attention to?I use FT2MN at 40 MHz. I am testing Flash write using a custom board with STM32H562VG.For debugging, I use IAR I-jet and VSCode's C-SPY extension.The following HAL API is used for Flash writing, addr starts at 0x08030000 in the User area.HAL_FLASH_Program(FLASH_TYPEPROGRAM_QUADWORD, addr, pData) I was able to confirm that I could write data to 0x08030000 with HAL_FLASH_Program,but then when I stopped debugging and restarted, the debugger would not start. When debugging is aborted, a log message “Failed to execute flash loader” is displayed. After that, I was able to write the relevant program using STM32CubeProgrammer,but the debugger did not start and the error message status did not change. I debugged the relevant program on another board us

I would like to sample the entire GPIOA Port using the DMA and TIM16. TIM16 triggers the DMA which in turn is supposed to copy the content of the IDR register of GPIO onto an array. This works fine if I use the CNT register of TIM16 as CPAR. When I switch to the IDR register of GPIOA, the transfer error flag is set.I found a post stating that the GPIO on the G0 series is on a private bus and therefore not available for the DMA. Is this the case for the C0 series too? If so, is there any other way to copy the content of the IDR register in a fixed interval except for doing it in a timer interrupt routine?Many thanks in advance for any replies!

Previously through testing using fast channal, single-ended input can realize less than 1.5M sinusoidal FFT, I want to add RC filter on the input, but I don't know what is the limitation for RC selection? Please help me, the cutoff frequency of the rc filter I designed is around 10M, how should I choose the size? Will this size affect the maximum frequency I can capture? Because I read the table below, but I don't know what it means. 

I want to use the OSC32_OUT Pin (PC15) of the STM32L432KC as general purpose output. Moreover i connected a FET with a pullup to this pin and want to control them. I do not use any LSE oscillator functionality. The datasheet states that upon reset this pin already can be used as GPIO if not configured as LSE and or controlled by the Backup domain.If i use the generated CUBE IDE init code, i always face a Hard Fault in the HAL_GPIO_Init routine. I'm trying to get a ballpark estimate of what sort of current draw consumption I can expect if we migrate to the H7R3, which uses a SMPS for the core, as opposed to the built-in LDO for the core on the H750.Is there a place I can compare the current draw of these two devices?Also, is there a hardware design guide for the H7R3? Seems there are pretty significant hardware changes required to migrate from H750 to H7R3 and it isn't drop-in compatible.

Hello to all,We have to measure movements via an quadratur encoder.This is done via an external interupt that writes a timer capture to external memory.The old product used an STM32F2xxx with 120Mhz, the ISR was about 1us.However with the STM32F7 sometimes it takes up to 3us!After heavy debugging I found this in the forum:https://community.st.com/t5/stm32cubeide-mcus/delayed-interrupts-during-fmc-access-on-stm32h7/td-p/113181It explaines that FMC accesses which still are stored in the AXI 4 stage storage buffer could be getting drained in the interupt service routine, thus causing a huge delay!I cannot believe that such a sophisticated design as the STM32F7xx has such a bad interupt behaviour!How can I avoid that the ISR is delayed because of the AXI bridge?Thanks a lot for help
