Hello,I have some questions regarding Ethernet frame transmission.1) When is the value of the "ETH_MMCTGFCR" register increased?After calling the "HAL_ETH_TransmitFrame()" function, I noticed that the value of the "ETH_MMCTGFCR" register increased in just under 1 millisecond. Could you please inform me about when the register is increased? Is it incremented after the frame is transmitted to the PHY?2) After transmission, is there a possibility of approximately a 20 ms delay in the receiver?I have verified the timing using Wireshark. I have configured my device to send an ETH frame to my laptop every 128 ms. The value of the "ETH_MMCTGFCR" register increases in less than 1 ms after calling the "HAL_ETH_TransmitFrame()" function. However, when I check the received time of the packet in my laptop with Wireshark, I observe occasional jitter. I have also attached the screenshot.

Hi,I am Using an stm32f205 on our board. All the Uarts works fine at room temperature. In STM32L432KC(arm cortex-m4+FPU) there are two ram memory blocks. Following is a snippet from the linker script I use._e_ram2_stack = ORIGIN(RAM2) + LENGTH(RAM2); _e_ram_stack = ORIGIN(RAM ) + LENGTH(RAM ); ... RAM (xrw) : ORIGIN = 0x20000000, LENGTH = 64K RAM2 (xrw) : ORIGIN = 0x10000000, LENGTH = 16KI can set main stack pointer(MSP) to use `_e_ram_stack` or `_e_ram2_stack` without problem. However when I try to set thread mode to use process stack pointer(PSP) I start to get `INVPC` hard fault on SysTick interrupt return `pop {r7, pc}` instruction.If I subtract 112 from `_e_ram_stack` or `_e_ram2_stack`, only then I can start using PSP without problem. I need to measure the time it takes for a component to reach a certain voltage, read out with the ADC. Hi all,   I have a problem which is bugging me as I can't figure out what im doing wrong. I am trying to read from ADC_IN4 but are reading wrong values. I should be reading apprx. 30000 ADC value but i am reading apprx. 7800. I think that this indicates that i am not reading from the right channel because there is a LM20 temperature sensor connected to PC3 which is ADC_IN4 on stm32L475x and the value does not change if i apply heat or cold. I want the TIM4_TRGO event to trigger ADC conversions with 16x oversampling, and at sequence end, trigger EOS interrupt where i read the ADC data. Later on i want to connect it to DMA. I have never really worked with update events on stm32 so I think I am maybe doing something wrong setting up the update events, maybe im mixing up interrupts and events, or the ADC channel configuration is wrong. I really hope someone can help me.

Hello,I keep getting an NMI fault when I attempt to read a variable with gdb (either with a mouseover on a variable in STM32CubeIDE or the print [var] command in gdb). I'm not seeing anything useful when I view the microprocessor registers after the fault.I'm using the stm32g474 hal library along with a linker, startup file, and interrupt _it files that are normally generated by default with the STM32CubeMX software for a G474 nucleo board. However, I'm using cmake 2.47.6 and the arm gcc/g++ toolchain 11.2-2022.02 for the build process.Thank you

Hello,I am working on STM32F030R8T6 with HAL.We are trying to read ADC values from the 4 ADC channels and 5th channel as VREFINT.The ADC is configured in continuous DMA read by using:HAL_ADC_Start_DMA(&hadc, (uint32_t *)ADC_Buffer, 5);Our AVDD = 3.3 thus giving us resolution of 0.805mV for 12bit configuration.My problem is that we are getting wrong values for the given input voltage.and for VrefInt as well we are getting value of 1706, which seems quite high.Can someone please guide me where can I go wrong?

Hi!I am looking into the possibility on using LPTIM1 to trigger a DMA transfer with no CPU interrupt. This timer is chosen because it can be clocked directly by the HSE clock input. In the datasheet of STM32H7B3 (DS13139 - Rev 8) table 4, it states that LPTIM1 cannot be used for DMA request generation. In table 103 in the reference manual (RM0455 Rev 11) lptim1_out is listed as as a resource. Does this mean that it is not possible to use an output from LPTIM1 directly as an DMA request generator, but it is possible when using the DMA mux?Any clarification would be appreciated!   

I am using F411 as the main controller of some DAC/ADC modules.I need to put MCU in stop mode to reduce its power consumption.I wonder whether or not I need to configure all the I2C, SPI, and UART interfaces when MCU wakes up from stop mode.

Found I end up with HAL_TIMEOUT at the attached code. I've changed the HSE Startup Timeout Value to 10,000 ms and still get a timeout returned. Can anyone help with what I am missing? I'm really new to this stuff but have done the same steps with a brand new NUCLEO-F446RE and have no issues. I've also tried the latest CubeIDE/MX and another NUCLEO-L476RG board but have the same problem. A big thank you in advance! Let me know if I can provide more info.

Hi! I'm currently trying to mount my sdcard via MSC/SDMMC and tinyUSB. It worked fine with RAM, could read and write, but I probably do the commands wrong for SD Card. Mounting with FatFS works fine, but I cannot get it to display any device on my drive. I'm currently evaluating the STM32U5 series to connect to a camera via DCMI and store video (i.e., multiple frames/images). For now, I would like to keep things simple and also learn how the DCMI and DMA workflow is like. So, I'll keep this forum post focused on just simply save multiple frames into RAM (see below for more details).I'm using the STM32U575I-EV and its provided example for DCMI as the base of my code. It seems like, for this example, there's a buffer large enough only to hold 1 frame (CAMERA_FRAME_BUFFER). That's expected, since the example code just displays the frame and has no use for it anymore. But I would like to know where in the code I would need to adjust so that it saves multiple frames. I've tried looking through the documentation but frankly I keep getting lost with the workflow going on.Thank you in advance for your help; let me know if you need more info! I need to do some testing with the STM32F767BIT6 MCU, to use the USB 2.0 HS USB peripheral. I can see it's used on this dev board ( https://uk.farnell.com/stmicroelectronics/nucleo-f767zi/dev-board-nucleo-32-mcu/dp/2546569 ) but the data sheet states that "USB OTG full speed or SNK/UFP (full-speed or high-speed mode), dependingon the USB connector type". Does this mean there are variants of the dev board itself, or that it depends on which host device this board is connected to? I cannot work with USB 2.0 FS, as it's too slow for the application.

Hello to all,in our project we are using an STM32U5A5, and we need to be able to drive the sdcards at 1.8V if they are capable of it.We are using CubeMX to generate the basic code for initialization having configured the SDMMC1 to handle the transceiver.The part that switches the voltage works, and the callback "HAL_SD_DriveTransceiver_1_8V_Callback" is executed: inside this function we switched the voltage to 1.8V via a PIN.But the commands to the SDCard following this operation return the error: HAL_SD_ERROR_CMD_RSP_TIMEOUT.The error comes after executing "SD_PowerON", which completes successfully and performs the voltage change. More precisely it happens in the "SD_InitCard", executing the command: "SDMMC_CmdSendCID". (both function are on the stm32u5xx_hal_sd.c
