Hello,I am currently trying to transmit CAN frames from my SPC570S-DISP board. The board is connected to a verified working CAN node that is expecting frames at 500 kbps. I am able to write to the CAN buffers and get the CAN core to transmit, but it transmits the same nonsensical frame regardless of the input parameters (data, ID, RTR, IDE, SRR, length). To send these frames, I configure the CAN core to the timing settings I need, then I configure a TX and RX MB, then I write the data and ID to a TX MB, then I set the TX MB code to 0x0C to initiate a transmission. I then await for the TX MB code to return to 0x08, which never happens. I observe the following frame on my scope, repeated every 4 ms or so:The bit widths are as expected: multiples of 2 us. The first dominant section is 17 bits long, followed by repeated patterns of 25 bits recessive and 1 bit dominant. No matter what settings I put into the TX MB, the result is the same. I had created a project. in that i had enabled the SPI and PIT0 drivers and also attached peripherals to it. but SPC5 studio is giving error: No peripheral attached for the driver. to resolve this issue i disabled the SPI driver from the components but facing wired problem i am attaching the screen shot. please help me to solve this issue.thanks in advance.

Hello,I am currently trying to run a Machine Learning application on the SPC584B-DIS MCU. I used SPC5Studio with the AI plugin to create the project and it compiled without an error. The board is connected to the PC by USB cable. When I try to validate the project on the board however, I always receive the error: "LOAD ERROR: STM32 - no connected board(s), invalid firmware or the board should be re-started."From the manual (https://www.st.com/resource/en/user_manual/dm00532742-spc584bdis--discovery-board-stmicroelectronics.pdf) I understand that I need to set the jumpers in a certain way to enable the communication between the board and a host. I am fairly new to embedded programming however, so I don't understand how to set these jumpers properly so I can communicate with the board. Can someone help me understand?Best regards

Hello,How can I watch the values of global or static variables for ADC Module. When I add the variables which keeps data to the watch table, I dont see what's going on. They don't change. ( Also I wanna learn this for Timer and other Modules)

Hello folks,I'm playing around with the SPC58 discovery kit and trying to setup the HTTP/FTP worked example. It doesn't appear to me that out of the box that FTP nor HTTP code on the target runs correctly. I can ping the discovery kit, so clearly there is some code running.HTTP (from a browser) requests however go unanswered. Analysis of the networkwith Wireshark show that there are no UDP datagrams, and subsequent pings go unanswered.I've been working through AN5413, but struggle to get the example to work. Could someone detail the default configuration for me to get the example up and running please?Cheers, Rich

I had a functioning TCP/IP application I am trialing on the SPC58EC-DISP discovery board using DHCP. SPC5Studio pulled updates and is not forcing me to migrate to the latest RLA (1.8.2.20200908161300) which breaks some network code -- this was fixed. However DHCP either does not function, or will bring the interface (ETHD0) up rarely and sporadically. This was not the case with the previous RLA (1.8.1.20200626121110). The previous driver was very reliable and repeatable.Thinking it was some fault of mine -- I created a new Ping Test demo application and with DHCP enabled it certainly fails to bring the interface up (worked a handful of times -- takes many board resets to get it to bring the interface up). If I disable DHCP the interface comes up with a static IP immediately.To sanity check myself further -- I flashed the board with the older Ping Test demo (based on 1.8.1 rla) with DHCP turned on. It gets the IP addres and brings the interface up every time.Watching DHCP traffic shows

Hi everyone, we are working on BLDC motor driver development for E-cycle and E-bike for that we choosen a controller SPC560P controller in that are going to use FOc algorithm and our application for that we want to generate some basic peripherals using the SPC5 studio for that I cannot find any user manual please share any user manual for SPC5 studio IDE Due to this our activity is delaying for this Environment setup because there is no proper documentation then if learn by trail and error means it takes time so please any one help on this regard

Hello all,im working on a project that uses an SBC, using my logic analyser i can confirm data is coming and and looks to be a can signal but it seems my baud rate timing is incorrect or something else is amiss.my board is the SPC560DL1, i understand the the flexcan uses Perphial set 2 clock so mine by default is set to 24Mhz.i've attached images of my settings and resultshttp://www.bittiming.can-wiki.info/#Freescalehere is the table i've created with < 24Mhz, 75% sample point > my settings for 250 aresample point @ 75%, i've also tried 87.5Pclk 24Mhzpropseg= 2pseg1 =7pseg2 =3presdiv =6which should solve to 24,000,000/6 = 40000004000000/16 = 250 baud Here is my code snippit that i'm using to test can functionalitydata on my output looks like thiswith my analyer it's seeing garbage on the decoder side so im guessing the timing is incorrect

They share same memory or not?2- We enable the core_0 with the runCore(); statement and program goes to "int main_core0(void)" function. My question is how program knows to must go there. main_core0 is a uniqe identifier or I can give a name it randomly?3- Have setting done in sample project about for relating peripherals and cores? Hello,I'm trying to program a SPC560B64 microcontroller but debugger can't connect to target : -driver is correctly install (with vcp enable option check)-all signal (TDI, TDO, TMS, etc...) are correcty route to the debugger.-target is powered (green LED is ON on UDESTK)I use SPC5 studio (6.0) to generate executable and UDE STK 5.0 as external debugger (about this when could we have the debugger running directly in SPC5 studio??)I jnow there is some others post about this but nothing work here and all these post doesn't have response...Any advise or better a solution?

Hi,I have 3 SPC MCUs which are 560B, 574S and 58NG. I want to debug SPC58NG but It has not a USB debugger, it has only JTAG debugger. (SPC560B and 574S have on-board (USB) debugger).My question is Can I debug the SPC58NG without SPC5-UDESTK JTAG debugger by using SPC560B's or SPC574S's JTAG ports with some jumpers by connecting to SPC58NG JTAG port. ( SPC574s USB debugger part will be connected to PC via USB)Regards,
