Can the Encoder mode be used on SPC58?

I know that STM32 TIMx has an encoder mode, can I use the encoder mode on SPC58 like STM32?

Encoder mode on input pins is supported by:

• on SPC582B, SPC584B, SPC58EC, SPC5xG, SPC58xH: use EMIOS (configured in ICU mode)
• on SPC58xE, SPC58NN: GTM (use TIM submodule)
