Good day!I recently uploaded a .bin file in the stm32 using STM32 Prog, after downloading, the LED of the stm32 doesn't blink anymore and there is no response in the computer when I tried to plug it in using usb port and also there is no device found when using the BLE sensor app.

I have programmed the box with firmware from AlgoBuilder and a binary from ALLMEMS2 both with BlueTooth capability. I open the bluetooth configuration in W10, I find the Box and try to pair it. W10 answers that I can click connect if the PIN shown in ALGOB is XXXXXX. But I do not know how to check if that is the number shown in the Box and I cannot change it to 123456 for instance. I click connect anyway but the pairing fails. When I use the binary in the example I do not get the PIN prompt but Windows say that I try again and never connects.Therefore, I cannot use Unicleo-GUI to check the data streaming.What is the procedure to connect the box to Windows 10 via Bluetooth??Thank you

Hello everyone,I'm testing a MP34DT05 digital MEMS microphone, and my goal is to record direct values to a python file. After this, I will do the decimation in my computer (to get comfortable with the data)-I was thinking about receiving data by a COM PORT via USART, but now I'm thinking about the problem of exceeding the baud rate of USART, because I'm recording sound at a rate of 48kHz.I'm seeing the buffer being filled through the live expression of Atomic Studio. The perfect thing would be to catch all the values by IDE, but, to the best of my knowledge, it is not possible with this IDE, right?Thank you for your attention, and I hope I can learn a little more with this message.

What kind of board give me angle and acceleration via UASRT or USB ? May be STEVAL-MKI109V3 with ....?

Hello everyone, I'm trying to do the PDM-PCM transformation of MP3DT05 microphone data in a STM32L433RC nucleo board. For my understanding, the better is to use an existing library... But I don't know which one I could use, and I can't even find any practical example.The application notes available are not helping. Any advice on which STM32 MCU you'd recommend for capturing the most amount of microphones?

I want to use the ST MEMs IMU in a high acceleration environment - example could be race car, drone, remote control car, etc.I'd like to know how the gyro behaves under acceleration. For example, Analog Devices calls this parameter: * Linear Acceleration Effect (degrees/second/g)* Vibration Rectification (degrees/second/g^2)The reason I ask is that another company makes a six axis IMU where the gyro in old version was not very sensitive to acceleration but the new one is very sensitive.Thanks.

The sensortile has some decoupling capacitors which need to be connected to the VDDs on the MCU but there are two values for the capacitors 1uf and 100nf, is there a map to which pins assign to which capacitors? i have found nought on both datasheet and sensortile documents thanks, just trying to make sure before i finalise my custom board.

Hi I am trying to read multiple IMU array of 6 in FIFO continous mode using SPI. The idea is to read the data very fast till it empty and change the clock selection to the next IMU and read till it empty and so on. For one IMU, it can correctly read all the value out, but once the seond IMU exist(Complie the code with second), the data become read out will become very messy. I initially throught it was the the reading speed is too slow, but after looking at the FIFO status register, the speed seems fast enough, because the FIFO status regiter shows the FIFO is empty quiet frequently. However, I am not sure how to debug this, not wure why 1 IMU works but the same configuration does not work for two IMU . I am wondering any one enounter some similar problem? I'm using SMT32F103C8 and I want to comunicate with MPU9250, I do not have any other SPI devices . The LSM303CTR is being discontinued. Is there a suggested replacement/substitute?

For my SensorTile, when I open the ST BLE Sensor app then create/use an app in Create Apps and tap Play, I get a "Board scanning has timed out" error message. Everything under "Connect to a device" interacts happily with the SensorTile. What's the problem? I'm using the ST BLE Sensor app v 4.4.3 on iOS. Hello, I have bought VL53L1X to use it on a physics project. My project is about measuring the speed of light in air and some other fluids. As far as I understand, this sensor does not measure distance directly, but measures the time delay between the light pulses and uses d=2*v_light*t to find the distance. My question is, is there any functions on the arduino library for the sensor that will give me the time data and not the distance? Also, what is the speed of light that the sensor is using for its calculations?

Dear,From the SensorTile Sample Code (STSW-STLKT01). The USB CDC device class is set up with some function of Timer3. I do not understand why Timer3 is used and how useful to do so. I am using STM32F429 Discovery board and trying to communicate to on-board MEMS L3GD20 Angular sensor using SPI protocol. Problem is not receiving correct data as per Angular sensor. If i use 2 task, and in first task put the VL53L0X_PROXIMITY_GetDistance() with osDelay, second task never start. I tried to replace osDelay() with other function for context switch but i have same problem.

For this purpose I need to be able to precisely control laser emission of VCSEL. The LSM6DSL, LSM6DSR have a sensor hub and I'd like to connect the VL53L1X Time of flight sensor to the sensor hub and have the IMU automatically read information from the VL53L1X.From reading the sensor hub documentation in the datasheets as well as AN5192, it seems there is only one write data register and the sensor hub only has subaddress and register for the transfer but the VL53L1X needs multiple bytes to do the read.Thanks.

We wish to use the sensor in a freezer behind a protective plastic cover. We expect some frost and dirt to be an issue on the outside of the glass. We are considering an optically clear adhesive between the glass and the VL53L1X to prevent frost and outgassing contamination problems inside the glass. Is there a recommended adhesive?
