Dear STM team,I am debugging the chip since hours and I think there is something wrong with the PB5 and PB15 pins:1. SPI1 with MOSI on PB5:I have configured SPI1 and want to get the SPI1_MOSI on PB5 (as mentioned as ALT5 in datasheet).I use a STM32U5A5 with LQFP64 package.Nothing comes out as MOSI (constant high, no bit pattern driven by SPI1).But:if I configure PB5 as GPIO - I can toggle - OK, no shorts on PCBI can also use the SWAP function for SPI - now MOSI comes out on PB4 (which was MISO) - all OK (SPI1 works - MOSI is now out on PB4)I can also use MOSI on PA7 - also fine!Just:PB5 is NOT a SPI1_MOSI as mentioned in datasheet!And: if I connect with SWAP configured (PB4 is MOSI) with PB5 (now as MISO): the waveform is damaged!There are not anymore nice bits out

I am using the Nucleo-64 STM32L476 evaluation board and am connecting via the (USB) debug port. This connects to USART2. However, when I send 7 bit serial (from the PC) it appears to arrive as 8 bit serial  (USART2). Does the USB to Serial converter in the debug port only support 8 bit serial?

I am using stm32f103rct6 controller board. I am not getting fixed ADC values for POT. I was used poll for conversion in ADC. Please attach code to get a fixed ADC value or else please address me for how to solve the problem.

Hello, I am trying to select CAN1/CAN2 peripheral using the STM32CUBEIDE device configuration tool . Even though I disabled LTDC and FMC, it is not allowing me to enable CAN1 or CAN2I want to understand does this board supports CAN communication. How do I activate CAN?Thank you very much .

For a few days I have tried to load programs on my STM32, however when it comes to passing the program to the board, I get the error that "No target connected", I have already verified that the drivers are updated, that the computer recognizes the board and so on, possibly it is blocked, any solution for this? Hello:I have external sdram on FMC bus. I initialized with bootloader, mapped sdram to Bank2(0xD000 0000), and jumped to APP to run. The configuration of my APP is shown in the figure.I find that the more ram is used in the APP, the longer it takes for bootloader to jump to the app.The speed is about 1.1MB/s.However, when I ran the read and write tests in bootloader（sdram）, it took about a few hundred milliseconds to write all of them,Why is this?

I am trying to create a uart flash loader program.Currently, the stm32f103rct6 chip is being used, and cp201x is being used for serial communication with the PC.1. Successfully downloaded bootload and application code using existing bootload mode with UART (CubeProgrammer).2. I succeeded in uploading the code to the board using IAP (In-application programming) mode with uart.However, IAP mode requires the use of the ymodem protocol and is inconvenient from the user's perspective.Based on theseAfter uploading the bootloader, I would like to create a simple, custom UART Flash Loader program instead of CubeProgrammer. I am attempting to communicate between ESP32 and STM32F401 using SPI Mode 0.I am achieving approximately 6MHz reliably and note data corruptions at 8MHz or so.Both MPUs are using DMA. Hello Dear all, I want to run my STM32L452ret6 with 1.8V and use SDMMC1 module. I can use SDMMC1 with 3.3V and 50k pull ups without problems, but when I run the MCU with 1.8V and use TXB0104RGY for shifting voltaghe to 3.3 it dose not work as expected.  Which component to use for shifting SDMMC1 signals from 1.8V to 3.3V? Can I set pull up resistors with 50k valu to 3.3V but run 1.8V from mcu ? Regards, Hakob

Hello,After few successful printing using printf and the SWV ITM data console, the console stops showing new data. To recreate, I created new project, selected the device I have (STM32H723ZGT6), followed the instructions to enable debugging via printf/SWV ITM and run a sample program that just print every 100msec.As you can see in the screenshot, the prints halt after 360 lines, although the program still runs and I can place an interrupt and see the program and the counter still progress correctly.Any idea what can cause the printf to stop working?Thanks!

Hi, On startup my STM32F437 application checks whether JTAG RDP level 1 protection is enabled.  If it is not enabled then it enables it, ending with a call to HAL_FLASH_OB_Launch(), which loads option bytes and resets MCU. This all works fine, except if I load the code from JTAG (using ST-Link or Keil U-LINKPro). In this case HAL_FLASH_OB_Launch() does not restart the MCU, it just seems to hang. If I power-cycle the MCU then the option bytes have been programmed OK. I have seen a workaround for an STMF466 whereby the code is executed from RAM and put into standby and using WFI to wait for RTC wake-up interrupt (see STM32 Security tips - 4 RDP without POR in STM32F4 (youtube.com)). In my case this does not work. The MCU does not restart.  I have also tried relying on the IWDG to timeout and restart.  This appears to start the reset proc

In 'F4, for FT pins with analog functionality (marked as FT_a in other STM32 families' DS), there's a clear warning, that 5-volt tolerance does not apply when given pin is set to Analog mode:For 'G0, I can't find any such description/restriction in DS; yet I am convinced that similar restriction will apply. Hello,I'm using NUCLEO-G474RE kit with soldered USB on PINs:PA11 - USB Data minusPA12 - USB Data plusVIN - VBUSIn the User configuration I have:nSWBOOT = CheckednBOOT0 = CheckednBOOT1 = CheckedThere is programmed program with blinking LED so I know it is running. The BOOT0 on board is connected after reset or power up.

Paragraph 10.7.3 of RM0456 manual for STM32U575/585 microcontroller cites registers RCC_AHB3AMENR and RCC_APB3AMENR to configure autonomous peripheral clock gating during stop 2 mode.However, I didn't find any other reference of such registers in the same document nor in the datasheet.
