Hello,I have existing hardware designed using STM32G0B1VET6 microcontroller. I want to redesign this hardware to provide Ethernet interface. I am planning to use ICs like LAN9250 or KSZ8851 or ENC424J600. But all these ICs require TCP/IP stack on host side (microcontroller in my case). I want to know if it is possible to configure having TCP/IP stack using STM32CubeMX for this controller. If yes, is there any way i can interface SPI driver which I will have to develop to interface any one of the above ICs?Thanks,Pradeep

I Tried to flash the uart code in stm32 N657 Nucleo Board, but it is not responding, i was able to make the Leds, blink in the N6 board. Please help me out, i am using the uart example printf code in the N6 stm32 package. I tried the normal method used in the STM32 F4 MCUs, also the selection of peripherals are different in the IOC file. also please explain how to configure the RCC and other peripherals in the IOC file of these N6 boards  

I write drive layer in MCU which is stm32f302r8t6. But I can't active to enable SPI clock register. Can you help me with that problem? Maybe you ask me that write in main.c as register level.   RCC->APB2ENR |= 0x0800; Actually I opened SFR and tried to enable SPI clock register but I can't.      

I believe the STM32H743XGH6 has 1 MB of internal flash memory. However, using STM32CubeProgrammer, I was able to write and read data to the reserved area at 0x8180 0000. Is it okay to use this area?The built-in Flash Memory areas of the STM32H743XGH6 are recognized as0x8100 0000-0x817F FFFF and 0x8000 0000-0x0801 FFFF.

Hello, I am using STM32F469BIT with W9812G6KH-6I TR SDRAM and no matter what I did, I could not write to or read from SDRAM since MCU goes into hardfault whenever i want to access SDRAM. I configured FMC according to this article. I am running SDRAM @84MHz and here's my configuration:  According to the datasheet:There are 4 banks. 12 address pins and 16 data bits. Also there are UDQM and LDQM pins so i set 16 bit byte enable.  Number of column address

In application note AN5652, page 7 states that LPBAM can be used in Stop 0, Stop 1, and Stop 2 modes. On page 10, the peripherals that support autonomous mode are listed. Since I cannot use SPI3, I also cannot use Stop 2.Can I configure my MCU in STM32CubeIDE (IOC file) to use LPBAM in Stop 1 mode with SPI1 or SPI2? Are there application examples for this? I have only found projects using Stop 2, and the IDE seems to list only the peripherals available for Stop 2.

Hello everyone,I am fairly new to embedded so bear with me. I am trying to understand bare metal programming.So basically I managed to turn on the LED on soldiered on the board (PA5) but now am trying to create a delay using basic timer TIM6. My issue is that the LED is barely turning on for a very brief moment before turning off. I think my issue lies in how I am configuring the prescaler and auto-reload register. Hi,I'm using a STM32L031. When I'm entering the low power sleep mode und an interrupt occurs i'm getting a hard fault. The programm counter from the stack frame has ether the value 0x00000000 or is pointing at the __ISB after the __WFI - depending on the version i'm using. At the beginning i was using Enter_LP_Sleep1() getting 0x00000000. Then i found a blog discussion where they described the entering procedure of version Enter_LP_Sleep2(). This worked for my project and i thought the problem was solved. Unfortunately every now and then i got the problem with the hard fault again (depending on temperature?!). Hello. I am looking for an example or help, how i can receive data from stm32 at 100kHz with Python via com port ? ADC samples at around 100Khz and streams the data i am not sure how to receive it correctly at this high speed. Thanks  a lot

Hi, I´m trying to implement ESD protection to a custom board, I found recommendations for this part number (USBLC6-2SC6), which clamping voltage is as follows Look at VCL Clamping Voltage  there are 12V and 17 V  Then the USB pins of my MCU accept a maximum voltage of 5.5V so the 12V and 17V clamping voltage are not below maximum voltage of the USB pins of my MCU, doesn´t this clamping voltage still damages my MCU? and why this part number is recommeded for the ESD USB application??And finally why In the imagen below is shows D+in and D+out as well as D-in and D-out ?

Hi everyone!  I designed the board shown in the attached picture. It’s built around an STM32H745 microcontroller, along with crystal oscillators, a DAC, an EEPROM, and an NE555 that generates a reset signal when a button is pressed long enough.  After assembling the board, I noticed that it draws an unusually high current (over 800 mA). The power supply goes into compliance and reduces the voltage, while the microcontroller itself becomes very hot to the touch. I noticed that the current rises with time to the compliance and over.To troubleshoot, I removed all external components (oscillators, DAC, EEPROM, transistors, and NE555), leaving only the microcontroller, but the excessive current consumption persists. The goal of my project is to turn on an LED on the recieving side through CAN. Both my reciever and transmitter have the transciever circuit. Both are Nucleo boards, TX: F303RE, RX: F446RE. The data i am sending through is 16-bit, but as long as my reciever is not in reset copnstantly (as in me holding the reset button when the program is running), the transmitted and recieved data is not correct, its far to short. The data is the same on TX and RX, but wrong. But when i hold reset on the reciever the data that comes through looks right.  I cant figure out what the problem is, i have measured the connections on the transcievers a million times, measured the RX, TX pin, CAN_H and L and always come back to the same issue.  I am programming the boards in Cube_IDE. The pictures below are of the boards and the signals i recieve. Please help. I dont see how this could be a hardware problem but maybe I missed something, i am still a begginer.  &nb

I am trying to read ID and to write and read the data from the flash W25Q16JV with SPI2 of stm32L452CE connection, I am not even getting the ID from flash but SPI tx rx is getting HAL_OK. This wiring is working other code and providing unique ID from flash, but it is not working with my code. Please find the issue and update the corrected solution. In this I am using Mode 0 for flash. I have tried not SPI tx project and also FreeRTOS SPI task, but both are not giving ID or values. I will attach the project file with this, kindly check both and update the correct solution.

I am using an STM32F7 Nucleo Board with SPI/I2S to get audio data from this MEMS microphone.https://www.adafruit.com/product/6049?gad_campaignid=21079227318gad_campaignid=21079227318 I am having issues with none of the signals triggering: WS, CLK, or Data.I call the HAL_I2S_Receive function, and neither the clock nor the select signal is triggered. I enter the timeout checker and only leave once I have timed out.If anyone has any suggestions? I have my DAD connected, and I see nothing.

Hi there, Ive gone around in circles for hours on this. I'm just trying to read a frequency, around 150Hz typ. using the 32 bit timers, for now just TIM2, 4 channel but behaviour same on all channels. Using 16MHz clock the timer overflow happens around 4:40 mins, the read of the period and calc of frequency is fine, matches input signal, until the first overflow.After first overflow the period halves, frequency doubles, and stays like this for every subsequent overflow (confirmed by making a smaller ARR so overflows more frequency). I am trying to increment the high side of a 64bit counter-measurement value with the overflows and then populate the low side with the TIM2->CCR1. Hi, I’m working on an STM32L431CBT6 project where I enter STOP2 mode and measure ~1 µA current, which is great.
