I am working with STM32H745I-Discovery board. I trying to do Data transfer through SPI with DMA. But unable to transfer the data. Could any help me with example code for STM32H745I-Disco board.

I made pcb with stm32l011d3, but st-link doesn't detect mcu.Detect other commercial pcb with st-link, so st-link has no problem.I know that boot0 in the current dataset is not connected to gnd. It is not recognized even if I connect it to gnd right away.What am I not doing well? 

Hi For some reason, an interrupt isn't being triggered when I connect the USB to my stm32 board, and the reason is baffling to me. I am working with an STM32C092CCT6 (STM32C0 series) and I need help with reading and writing variables into Flash memory.I want to store a few configuration values (like integers or structures) that should persist after reset or power cycle.From what I understand, I need to erase a Flash page first and then program data at a specific address.I am not sure about the correct sequence for the C0 series (unlocking Flash, erasing, programming, and locking again).I would like to know the best practice for data alignment (word/halfword).Should I use HAL functions like  HAL_FLASH_Program() or is direct register access recommended for reliability?If anyone has a working example code snippet or reference for reading/writing user variables into Flash on STM32C0, it would be really helpful.Thanks in advance!

Some of the STM32 CPUs have a USART with a Timeout timer which is good for modbus applications.Is there any overview available which CPU devices have this specific periperal implemented?In the Datasheet this function is called RTOIE, or RTOR.

Hello... I'm learning to use an external ST-Link to debug the F446ZE Nucleo using SDW. Can anyone advise on how to connect the SDIO, SDW pin on the Nucleo board to the external ST-Link v2? Additionally, what settings should I configure in CubeIDE to use the ST-Link v2? I also have an ST-Link v3. Any advice on ST-Link v3 is also welcome, thank you.

Hello everyone, I'm using the USART 1 of the STM32U375-KG. Regarding this I have two questiones:1.)  Can I use UART CTS (clear to send) and DE (driver enable) at the same time? In the device configuration tool I can only select "CTS only" or "Hardware Flow Control (RS485)".Backgound: I'm implementing a hart driver for the DAC8740H. For the UART control there are two pins "CD" and "RTS". The protocol is half duplex. I'm only allowed to send data, if "CD" is low. Thus this pin works like standard RS232 CTS. The RTS pin enables the TX driver. Thus this pin works like RS485 DE (driver enable). 2.)  I'm using the USART 1 with a GPDMA to receive data. It happens that I get a parity error or framing error from time to time (that is correct). In the USART interrupt the Rx transfer and the DMA will be ended. Is there a way to avoid that or do I really have to restart the DMA transfer with "HAL_UART_Receive_DMA(*)"?

Is the STM32H743 or H753 (LQFP176 package) **pin-to-pin compatible** with the STM32F769 such that it can serve as a drop-in replacement?2. What changes are needed in the **power supply circuitry**, given the F7 uses the BYPASS_REG pin while the H7 uses integrated LDO/SMPS and software-based regulator control?3. Hello,I am currently learning low level embedded programming, which lead me to try to extract the data used to generate the table 51 of the document RM0394 Rev 5. I would use this data to generate C++ code. Is the raw data of this table is publicly available somewhere in a format machine-readable?I already managed to extract the data from this PDF, but as this extracted text loses its references, I'm unable to tell what entry corresponds to what exact MCU series.Thank you for your help!

I cannot find any timing requirements for SWDIO or SWCLK in the datasheet, STM32L433. Where can I find this information?I don't think there is any cause for concern since I am only connecting the STLINK. However, in mass production, the wiring tends to be longer and the waveforms tend to be smoothed out as a countermeasure against ringing. Therefore, I would like to check the timing constraints explicitly.Thank you

Hello,I am experimenting on the STM32H45 Discovery Board (Dual Core) to use some GPIOs from different Core-Context.I initialized few Pins only for the CM7 and few dedicated pins only for the CM4. When I perform a debug session, all the mentioned pins are set to HIGH . I went trhough the internal registers and measured the values on the pins (3,3V). Everything seems to be ok.But when I do a power reset (USB cable off and on) and I measure again, I see that all the output pins wich are controlled by the CM4 are LOW. First I thought it is somehow connected to the synchronization process with the hardware semaphores (generated by MxCube), but I removed those parts in order to be sure I am not missing anyhting. The Power-Down call of the Domain2 on the CM4 at the beginning is commented out. But this doesn't solve the problem after a hardware resetWhy does this even happen? Moved from this thread. HiI'm experiencing the same issue that others have reported with the STM32H755ZIT6. Despite following all the suggested solutions step by step from various forum threads, I’m still unable to debug or run code on my Nucleo board. Every time I try, the board locks, and I have to manually erase the flash by wiring BOOT0 to VDD to recover it. I'm using the latest version of STM32CubeIDE, and I’ve attached some screenshots of my project setup for reference. I’d appreciate any guidance or additional suggestions you might have.

Hi,couldn't find any STM32 dev kit that has DSI display interface and a demo where it plays video (or at least graphics) directly from SD card using DMA.Which ST dev kit does that? Thank you

Specifically, I require a timer for creating a clock to a peripheral.  I chose PH5 (Timer12 Channel 2) because of the allocation capability in CubeMX, however, the datasheet for the STM32H757 does not show that as an alternate function.I have confirmed that both the CubeMX software and datasheets are the latest versions...My question is, which resource is correct and if the Alternate function is available for PH9, which AF code do I use?  It is not listed anywhere.

Hello,I'm planning to use the STM32F413VGT3 in my project. It says it has three CAN buses. Can I use these three lines independently? Some of my research (ChatGPT) indicates that the third CAN line is not a standard CAN bus. I'd appreciate any clarification on this matter.Best regards.

Hi everyone, I'm stuck on the transition from my low-power mode versus my power consumption.I already have a “sleep.c” code that is capable of putting the device to sleep at 2uA power consumption (which is my goal, everything's fine here).This code exits the low-power mode on RTC alarm. I now wanted to introduce another piece of “run.c” code.“run.c” and “sleep.c” can switch to each other via a soft reset (this logic works fine).But when I run “run.c” once and switch to “sleep.c”, my current consumption in STANDBY is now ~4mA.My clocks in RUN: HSI16MHz, LSI32kHz, PLL64MHz, SYS=PLL64MHzMy clocks in SLEEP: HSI16MHz, LSI32kHz, SYS=HSI16MHz After some research, I noticed that if I align all configurations to HSI16MHz, LSI32kHz, PLL64MHz, SYS=PLL64MHz, I still have a current consumption of ~4mA.But if I align all configurations to HSI16MHz, LSI32kHz, SYS=HSI16MHz, then I reach my goal of ~2uA. Hello, I'm using STM32L471 and Micron MT25QL NOR Flash with single SPI interface. MT25 is also connected with other MCU (NRF52) using the same lines. I'm trying to write STM firmware in BOOT0 serial bootloader controlled by NRF using STM's USART3. The firmware is stored in MT25, NRF reads it using SPI, and transfers it to STM using UART.The problem is that when STM booted in bootloader mode, it seems that STM initializes SPI interface with Push-Pull configuration on MISO line. This behavior causes a collision between MISO signal of STM and MT25, the signal level goes intermediate level about 2.0V, and the result is NRF reads FFh.So my questions are:Is there a way to disable STM SPI in bootloader mode?To solve this, I'm considering that NRF keeps STM in reset state while NRF is reading 4KB (e.g.,) from MT25 , then let STM boot with BOOT0=H and write firmware data on its internal flash, repeat it un
