Can't find any documentation for this op amp. Someone can tell you where to get it, as well as a possible analogue? Thank!

It is/was not an opamp but a dual 2amps high side driver, which has been made obsolete many years ago.

The data sheet can easily be found on the Internet using your preferred search engine.

Thank! I have already found the documentation, but what about analogs from ST, if something with direct compatibility of pins?

Sorry, there is no replacement available, neither pin nor functional compatible.
