Can I connect LM2902Q4T NC Pins to VCC-?

Regarding LM2902Q4T, QFN Quad Op-Amp:

The datasheet doesn't define the NC pins or whether the can be connected to VCC-.

It does say the center NC pad may be connected to VCC-, but not the other two NC pins.

It may seem like a silly question, but I've used components with several "NC" pins with the same name but some can be connected to GND and others must be left floating; so I have to ask.

Questions:

Are all the NC pins "not internally connected"?

May I connect all the NC pins to VCC- without issue?

Suggestions:

Please start explicitly defining NC pins in ST datasheets, like other manufacturers, so people don't have to ask.

​The pins named NC are NON CONNECTED so you can apply any voltage as VCC- without issue.

I will inform marketing team for your suggestion.
