I am looking for an ultra fast OP-AMP which can withstand negative voltage spikes

The specs the OP-AMP should have are:

Supply voltage 3- 15 V

single supply

propagation delay < 50 ns

able to withstand negative voltage spikes of -3.5 V (duration is less than 50 ns, occurency 150 kHz)
