I am trying to find the part number and datasheet for ST part. 14 pin SMT device, top right corner has 324, then after the ST marking it has MZOU928. Thanks

It is the LM324DT (SO14) or LM324PT (TSSOP14), both with the same marking, but you can tell them apart by the pin spacing and dimensions. Technically, they are identical.
