More than stereo recording

Is it possible to record multiple mic channels (more than stereo) over USB using the combination of STEVAL-MKI129V3, STEVAL-MKI138V1 and the STEVAL-MKI126V3?

Does ST have any platform for evaluating microphones with more than two channels recorded simultaneously?
