what type( ceramic or MLCC) of capacitor we suppose to use  In above both circuit C1 & C2 . Now modern MLCC capacitor available with plenty of advantage .  we can use MLCC instead of ceramic capacitor  in every circuit ? specifically op amp related circuit in  sensor signal amplifying  circuit  .

MLCC  IS ceramic ! (multi-layer-ceramic-cap)

c1 if analog signal without distortion is expected, mkp or mks foil cap here. (mkp is very good , mks cheaper .)

c2 here any cap is ok, mlcc i would choose

Even for C1 you can use a ceramic type, but it must be C0G / NP0 type.

And choose the maximum voltage much higher than needed, so if you expect 10Vpeak signals, use at least 50V types.

I'm using these ceramic types in all kinds of low noise, low distortion audio circuits (up to 200 kHz) without any problems.

Some foil caps in SMD were actually causing a lot of trouble concerning their contacts at assembly.

I forgot: if the above circuit is used for a photodiode receiver for digital signals, you don't need such high requirements concerning the capacitors anyway.
