Reference schematic, register description of FDA2100 Calss-D amplifier

Dear support team,

is there Reference schematic, register description or a Eval board for the FDA2100 Class-D amplifier available? The datasheet does not contain these information. Or is an NDA required?

Also: the HFDA801A seem currently not stocked at the typical distributors. Is there a plan, when the HFDA801A will be available to buy?
