Hi, How can I get TSC101 current sensor failure rate or FIT?

Hi,

The standard conditions are:

Confidence Level (CL) = 60 %,

Activation Energy (Ea)=0.7eV (useful life)

With junction temperature (Tj)=85°C [FIT (field)],

For TSC101, FIT(field)=1
