RHF1401 internal voltage reference tempco and other drift parameters
Hello,
Recent testing of the RHF1401 ADC with the internal voltage reference option has shown better performance than with our external reference. However, in section 3.5.2 (p. 26) of the datasheet there is a suggestion that an external reference may provide better temperature behavior as well as linearity.
However, the datasheet does not provide a specification for the internal reference temperature coefficient, only what we assume is the initial range at 25 degC (0.76 V min., 0.84 V typ., 0.95 V max.). Please provide this information so that we may finalize the design with confidence.
